      These people have called our company a minimum of 50 times in the past year. It goes in waves; constant calls by the same person, multiple times a day for a week or two, after you have repeatedly told them that you are not interested. Then they stop for a month or two, and then it starts all over again. Each representative that we have dealt with is hostile, rude, and so unprofessional that it is laughable. They lie and misrepresent themselves and what they are selling. After the 4th of 5th call, you start to just hang up on them when they call, because you are so tired of them wasting your time and tying up your phone line, and then they call you back and try and tell you how rude you are for hanging up and not listening to what they have to say. We listened the first time, we read the reviews that you misrepresent your services and pricing, and we don't want it. We have told you repeatedly to stop calling us. Yet you just keep calling, I guess in the hopes that you eventually wear some poor soul down enough with your bald-faced harassment that they agree to your price-gouging plan just to make your incessant calls stop.I am beginning to wonder if this place is working with some researchers conducting a study on the levels of extreme anger and irritation that can generated by horrible telemarketers.

      Our business has received multiple sales calls in the past 24 hours even though we have told nTherm that we are not interested in their service. Completely unprofessional to continue calling like this.

      I ignored the first phone call, not knowing who it was. Immediately after, the representative called again, and I rejected the call. The representative then called a third time right away, and, thinking that it might be an emergency, I answered, only to find out it a salesperson from nTherm. His reason for calling three times in a row was that he couldn't hear it ring, which, quite frankly, I don't believe. The guy just would not take "no" for an answer. I should have hung up on him but didn't. Now I regret agreeing to use them as a provider for our gas and electric. In my opinion, this was harassment.

      Continues calling me back to back until i answer i have asked the caller ******** ********* repeatedly to get me off the call list and he continues to ask about my gas and electricity bill. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME.

      Received a call today from D@rlene who said she was calling to speak with someone at the Church. I asked whom she was looking for. She said the Treasurer, told me it was important and that she needed to talk to them now. Then went to complain that she's called several times and left several messages regarding this issue, it's been on the bill and no one has responded in a timely manner. Then said, at this point she wants another number. I said this is the main number. I asked her what it was regarding. She said the Duquesne Light Account. I said what's the issue? She said are you the treasurer? I told her no. She said gimme the treasurer's number I'll talk to her. I said to her she's out of office. She told me I wasn't authorized and then asked to speak with the previous Pastor (which is our current's pastor's deceased mom - red flag). I told her she's passed on. She said oops sorry, **** get the treasurer on the phone. I said I told you that she was OUT OF OFFICE what is your name and phone number? She gave ****************** she works M-F 9:30-4:30. Before she hung up she reiterated that I needed to advise the treasurer that she needed to have the duquesne light **** ***** to go over this "important information"

      ***** called and was very rude. She asked to speak to the treasurer and the Pastor. I said they were not available and that I could take her name and number. She said she could hold all day. We don't have time for this. Just leave a message and move on. She called repeatedly and was so disrupting to the work day. Please train your sales people better.

      Very aggressive sales women insisting that I needed to get our utility bill immediately because it was very important, but without any explanation. The phone disconnected, and she called back right away insisting that I get the bill, even though I explained that the owner is out of town, I have no authority to do that, and I was just taking messages, but she kept insisting. She would not easily leave a message, and was extremely rude and forceful. I finally told her that I don't feel that this is a legit call, I am trying to do my job, and if she wants to leave a message that's all she can do. I took the message, and then threw it in the trash. No-one would want to deal professionally with a company like this!
