Wolfersberger, LLC Response
10/28/2023
This individual recently received a violation notice from his metro district for failure to comply with the minimum maintenance standards applicable to properties within his community. Unfortunately, rather than respond to the notice and address this issue, this homeowner has decided to respond to this notice through means of retaliation including attempts to disparage our company's reputation. This owner has sent several emails to the wrong email address. In each case where he sends emails to the wrong email address, the recipient of his emails has forwarded such emails on to our office and we have responded to ****************** emails and reminded him he is sending emails to the wrong email address. Despite our responses to **************, ************** continues to send emails to the wrong email address - and such actions now appear to be intentional by ***************
************** has also stopped by our offices once but refused to drop off paperwork with the secretaries at the front desk because the District Manager was not there to personally greet him. At the time ************** stopped by our offices, the District manager was not in the office.
Finally, ************** has left profanity-laced voicemails with our front office. For that reason, our office will no longer return his calls. All communication between our firm and ************** will be documented in emails or through discussions at public board meetings - if he decides to ever attend a public board meeting for his tax district (which he has never yet attended).
For these reasons, we disagree with ****************** complaint. We can provide the BBB with copies of our timely and professional email communications with ***************
