In May we were contacted by Pinnacle Lifestyle Solutions regarding us attending a vacation timeshare presentation. In exchange for attending the presentation, we were offered a weeks stay or 3-5 day cruise of our choice, plus a **** Gift card. ********************* ********************************** was the rep we made the reservation with.We attended the presentation on May 10 at 1 pm at ****************************************************************. ***** gave the presentation. We declined to purchase and were told the **** gift card would be emailed to me within the day and the weeks stay information would be mailed to us within the next day or so.***** did text me the following morning saying he tried to email me the gift card but it came back to him as undeliverable. He had the wrong email and I sent him the correct email. Davids # ************.As of today (May 20) we have not received the information on our stay nor the **** gift card. I have texted ***** a couple of times and have emailed ****. Neither has responded. I am unable able to locate a local phone number for the company. IsCustomer response

This complaint has been resolved. I was also made aware one of the numbers I listed in the original complaint is a personal phone number. I would like to have the complaint not be viewable to the public.

We spoke with the client who did receive the gift card via email once the email address was corrected (it was illegible on the sign in sheet). The voucher was sent via mail but was returned as several others were because of an issue with the metering that determines the postage cost in the building from which they are sent. All of that relates to marketing which is outsourced to a different company who is actually who the complaint should be filed with but we do hire them so we took the initiative to make sure the problem was corrected. After speaking with the client they were satisfied with the resolution and agreed this complaint should be removed and agreed to contact the BBB to relay that information and hopefully that and the taking down of the complaint happens quickly. The marketing and the gifts provided do not have anything to do with the programs that clients join through us.
