The female bus driver is the worse in customer service! Bus number ****, route 42 to Central Park Station just now. The female bus driver threatened to kick me off the bus for lack of fare to wait for another bus. If I dont have fare for one bus how would I get fare for the next bus? I called RTD and was told its up to the drivers discretion which is an HORRIFIC LIE. Bus drivers dont have any other job but to drive the bus safely. They are not to antagonize riders for any reason. If the rider does not have the fare there is a code to put in. As a female rider I find the female drivers hate adding any rider who is not a white male. Many riders are on the bus starting new jobs and have not received their first check yet. How do I know? I. Asked. Also there is no fund that I know of that *** be drawn from to cover passengers who do not have the fare. Its frustrating because passengers who need the ride are harassed while riders who are criminal types are virtually ignored. Most of the harassed riders state they will take the abuse and buy a car at the first opportunity. Why does everyone not support RTD? Your. Drivers. End of complaint.

Greetings, Had enough of RTD not doing anything to keep us Safe while riding the train and even more lackadaisical in their attempts in providing a determent from individuals smoking this deadly c*** on the trains - All while we are stuck in between stops due to their so called current maintenance on the tracks. I have multiple pictures while riding the train and waiting for the train at ***** and dry creek stations mostly.I've pointed out smokes on the train, but the drivers never respond and the rtd police are more intune with looking the other way than, stop the madness as well at the light rail stations and on the train.I've on numerous occasions, inhaled this ****, made me sick a couple of time and once I could even go work, scared I would have to inhale it again, potentially being fatal..Not sure what my next course it, but I really want to *** them and maybe they will take notice and make a solid effort in determents of smoking on the train and its surrounding stations - because currently no-one cares until one of us get hurt, fall-out or get deathly sick form the inhalants of whatever these folks are indulging in.thanks,***************************

The safety and well-being of customers and the community is RTDs top priority, and the agency is fully committed to providing a secure, welcoming, and convenient transportation experience. RTD understands that, sometimes, factors outside the agencys control impact a trip and cause concern for customers.

To best support the personal safety and security, RTD asks customers to report all illegal or suspicious behavior so appropriate action can be taken. If a customer notices drug use or suspects an individual to be engaging in illegal activity on a train or bus, please use one of RTDs many options to report the situation. Customers can use RTDs Transit Watch app, which is available for smartphone download, to report behaviors quickly and discreetly. The app is directly connected to police dispatch and allows RTD to immediately address the situation. Additionally, individuals can take immediate action by using the emergency call box on each train, picking up the emergency phone at station platforms, or alerting RTD employees in the vicinity.

This notification process allows RTD to promptly address the situation, which may include stopping a train at the nearest station and taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of customers. ********* and cooperation play important roles in maintaining a safe environment for everyone. RTD is also increasing its presence of trained personnel that are deployed on trains, at stations and stops, and in transit facilities to proactively address illegal activities and anti-social behaviors. The agency closely coordinates with other law enforcement jurisdictions to address situations quickly and appropriately and, if warranted, remove offenders from transit vehicles and facilities.
