These f****** IDIOTS AT CITY AND COUNTY OF DENVER JUST OROVED THEY WANT TO PUT LIENS ON PEOPLES HOMES BY NOT ALLOWING FOR AUTOPAY OF STORM DRAINAGE SERVICE. Ive owned a home in Denver for about two years and this is the first Im hearing of having to pay a storm drainage fee, but the truly upsetting thing is that I no longer live there and while I rent the home, I thought I had placed every bill (utility, water, gas) on autopsy and then I receive mail that a lien has been put on my home for the unpaid storm drainage. When logging in, there is NO OPTION TO AUTOPAY THIS FEE AT ALL WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY F****** RIDICULOUS CONSIDERING EVERY OTHER FEE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE! THIS IS WHY THIS IS THE WORST F****** COUNTY IN THE NATION AND EVERYONE WANTS TO MOVE TO AURORA.

The Denver Revised Municipal Code mandates storm drainage fees for each property in the City & County of Denver.  When fees are delinquent we send a letter to the owner of record 30 days before a lien may be placed on the subject property with instructions on how to avoid a lien.  If no payment is received before the deadline, a lien is placed on the property.  Those charges, including fees and interest, will appear  next year's property taxes if not paid before that time.  Denver currently does not offer autopay for storm fees but does have online, in person, and mail-in options for payments.  Customer is welcome to call our customer service line at ************ to discuss options.

Waste water management, has been double billing me for 2-years and has even put a lien on my home. Saying they have tried to process my check twice and their was insuffeint funds. I do NOT have a checking account and I am paying with a ************* money order where the funds are available immediately. They are now requesting, that I replace a Money order from 02/2022 because they have misplaced it. It will cost me addtional money for their unprofessionalism and it is not my responsibility to replace something they lost and is still legal and tender.
