Purchased a large supply (more than one year) to get the best price. Used the product diligently for 5+ months and did not achieve anything close to the advertised results. When I attempted to get a return authorization for the 12 bottles of unused product, I was told that I was outside there 180 day no questions asked money back guarantee by about 2 1/2 weeks.Initial Complaint

I ordered the product. It doesn't work and that's fine. My mistake for believing it. But they continue to charge my card every month for twelve plus dollars. I paid everything. I tried canceling everything but now they are taking money from me for nothing. They ate stealing from me. Committing fraud. Forv3 months I have tried contacting them and emails get returned. FITSPRESSO is the name of the product. Order#TP4IFZ95 Purchased: 02/04/24 Everything this company named Natures Formulas/Fitspresso (they seem to be calling themselves both) has said about there product has proven to be untrue. The ingredients that the video on their original website stated were in the product are not all in it and even now there website still shows ingredients that are not listed on the bottle. I have included pictures. All the important ones are missing. It stated that it works by taking with your morning coffee but NO WHERE is this stated when you receive the product. It states take with water and doesn't give a time at all. They also state they are backed by ***********************, the **** Clinic, etc which is unproven, because it is not true. It is complete false advertisement with what ingredients are in the product (this is very unsafe for people to not be told the correct products in a supplement) and with what the product does. This product made me VERY ill and did the complete opposite of what they said it would do and since it has a 180 day money back guarantee I want my money back. They did respond once to my original email which I didn't see right away because it went to spam but then they have not responded to my reply so I still have no refund. This is a lot of money to have them ignoring me about for a product that is nothing at all like they said it would be. Also, it didnt state anywhere when they were mentioning the 180 day 100% money back guarantee that the customer would be responsible for the return shipping fee....the only place this can be found is on clickbanks website AFTER you pay and login to see your order status. If they want the product returned then I also should NOT have to pay the return shipping fee since there is a 180 day 100% money back guarantee, they even state this in the automatic reply to my refund request which I have included. That should include shipping, if having it shipped back is what they would like.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I had to fight against Fitspresso using every avenue I could for 3 weeks to get them to follow through with the 100% money back guarantee that they try to sell you. This product 100% does not help in anyway with losing weight which is what they are stating it will do and it made me VERY sick. As a side note on ******** anywhere that it is being advertised, they make it where they must approve ALL comments so those they do not like or that talk c*** on their product just sit pending...never to be posted!! Only comments that talk it up are posted and most do not seem very legit! I wish I had done more research before I purchased like I did after it made me sick because I would have never purchased it.

I purchased weight loss capsules in December of 2023 which I found to be ineffective after using for over a month. The company offered a money back guarantee. I have attempted emailing them three times and I have not received instructions about how to get a refund.Business response
