I hired **** ****** from Jungle Landscape Pros LLC to replace and stain my fence. We signed a contract for $3,500, with the promise that the work would be completed in two days, weather permitting. However, it took four days, and the job was delayed multiple times with various excuses like a broken truck, unavailable posts, and difficulty getting lumber.Unfortunately, the quality of work is far below expectations and violates HOA rules. Some of the issues include:- Pickets falling off - Nails scattered everywhere - Bent slats - Fence improperly attached to the house wall using original lumber - An incorrectly installed gate that doesnt close properly Its now been two weeks past the date when the fence was supposed to be stained, but **** ****** has stopped responding to my messages and has yet to fulfill the contract. When I reached out about the numerous defects, he was incredibly rude and refused to fix all issues that I sent him over with the photos. Attaching all the photo evidences.Initial Complaint

This business did not install my fence properly. They used interior wood to install an exterior fence. Now I have to replace it. Very sloppy work. Wire fence material was not installed properly. It is warped and many sharp ends. Some posts not 90 degrees. Posts are not the correct height. Filing this complaint so this doesn't happen to other people. I would like a refund so I can get the fence replaced. I don't want this company doing the replacement.Business response

Sent guy out to fix and was turned away no refund on material or labor sorry very rude customer called my workers names and not very pleasant to work for customer told us to build a3 ft fence when we got there the fence was way taller so we tried getting the post close to the height that was needed and they were all plum. There were some mistakes made and we offered to fix but customer is cheap and didn't want to spend the necessary money for correct fence at this point I'll file harassment charges if contacted again.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: Owner promised a fence that would match my existing fence. He didnt deliver on this promise. I did make a comment about the worker in a text to the owner not to the worker. The worker did look burned out by the sun. Owner has called me a ***** libtart *****. Owner very unprofessional. Work not done as promised. Extremely poor quality. Cheap price doesnt mean cheap quality work. If company was going to do poor quality work they should advertise this. Owner lied telling me the boards he used will last 20 years. Manufacturer confirmed the fencing boards he used are not made for outdoor projects. Owner sent worker out to replace boards that were a difference color and still boards for internal use. Didnt want the already sloppy fence looking worse and requested boards replaced with cedar. Posts were not precut and dont match existing fence. Posts dont match height of existing fence. Some posts not installed at a 90 degree angle which looks sloppy. Wire fencing material not installed flush. Looks terrible and is an injury risk. I need to have the fence removed and replaced to match HOA requirements. I do not want this company doing any more work on my property and would like a full refund. This company has potentially hurt my property value by installing a poor quality fence that is an eyesore.
