While inside the warranty, brought my Navigator in for a cam phaser problem on start-up that appears (internet search) to be common in **** vehicles. We also requested that the front emblem be fixed so that it would illuminate again. They didn't have the emblem and had to order it. By the time it came in, the warranty expired on the vehicle, so they required we pay for the emblem repair (not sure if it was covered or not). In the weeks following the emblem repair we noticed it wasn't fixed, so we took it back to get fixed. This time they got it fixed and a week later, there was an electric problem that caused it to struggle accelerating and a bunch of warning lights to go off including the check engine. Took it back in, and they couldn't find the problem before it healed itself and they told us to come back when it happened again. A couple weeks later it happened again, we took it in and they said it was a short in a turbo sensor. We paid for that repair and the next day the vehicle struggled to start up but would rev if you kept on the ignition. The car then struggled to accelerate and the check engine light came back on. Now they are claiming the water pump and fuel pump have gone out. Perhaps these are all unrelated, but it is odd this was a problem free vehicle for 5 years then they fix one common problem and the car starts to fall apart.

I have been taking my vehicle to the Landmark Lincoln Service Center for repairs since Sept 2022.I got my vehicle out of the service center on 12/28/2023, and I am still having issues, including things that were not happening when I took my car to the service center.I have attached a detailed history document regarding the repairs/issues with Landmark Lincoln Servicing Center. Please see the attached PDF document ("Issues and Concerns re Landmark Lincoln ****************** (sent on 1-24-****)"), for these details.1/25/****: Just went out to my car, and it is completely dead again, so it is not an issue with the battery and/or BMS reset that ******** ************ did on January 16, ****; I last drove my car two days ago, on Tuesday, January 23, ****. I have attached several other documents as well as pictures of the torn leather seat, scratched glove box, and the Compartment Storage door that no longer operates properly.

My vehicle was returned to ******** ************ once again last week, specifically on Tuesday, January 30, ****, as it exhibited complete unresponsiveness.

I am seeking assistance regarding this matter, as I have not received any communication from Landmark Lincoln since January 17, ****.

Should ******** ************ determine my vehicle to be "non-repairable," it is imperative that Landmark Lincoln takes responsibility and be held accountable for providing me with a new vehicle, owing to their negligence. Conversely, if ******** ************ deems my vehicle "repairable," Landmark Lincoln must be held responsible for covering all associated repair costs, including rental car reimbursement for expenses already incurred and paid by myself, both in the past and future, as well as any diagnostic fees already paid and those that *** arise.

I am eager to know the current status of my complaint against Landmark Lincoln. Have they responded to my complaint?

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Let me preface this by saying ***** is an awesome sales representative. By no way does this review reflect her! Finance is awful. I came with a bank ready to finance my loan. The vehicle I was purchasing was marked solde previous to the date I signed the paperwork, they wanted to pull my credit to get financed through them. I told them no because my previous brand new aviator was damage by a Lincoln dealer (bad luck I know) so I had to sell it back and already had a bunch of hard inquiries. Anyway they say they are able to look at my credit and beat the current rate. I figured they did a soft pull since this has been done previously but nope, they did the hard pull anyway without my consent. Now I have to write the fraud **** of the credit bureaus to fight to get it removed. Definitely see *****, but skip the finance ****.

Hello, I am confused by *************************** complaint...How is she saying that we did not have her consent to pull her credit when she did her auto loan thru our lender...I have a signed credit application and a signed credit score disclosure from *********************** after she has agreed to allow us to get her a better interest rate which we did accomplish...I did not attached the credit application or the credit score disclosure due to privacy protection. If we are allowed to send you these proofs of consent, We would gladly send them.

On 04/22 I was scheduled to bring my recently purchased Lincoln MKS to the listed business. My service rep was a young man by the name of ******. I explained that I recently purchased the car from a private owner and I had some concerns and wanted to get an oil change (including fluids to be topped off, tire balance and rotation etc). The car had a check engine light on, the car was jerking when alternating gears and radio sometimes work, the power steering was recently replaced but still hard to turnover when parked and the drivers headlight is out. ****** contacted me the next day and mentioned that my engine bolts needed to be replaced (no big deal), the purge valve is causing the check engine light and the power steering is leaking fluid which is causing the issue. He did acknowledge that a new power steering wheel was placed on the car but the steering isnt keeping in the fluid and I would need to replace the entire power steering which was 1K. I agreed to get the check engine light, front driver light, oil change and bolts to be fixed which was $700. It took another day to be fixed. When I picked up my car my a/c was no longer working , the car was still jerking and the check engine light came right back on. It took a week before I was allowed to bring the car back. ****** texted me a day later and said the jerking could have something to do with my transmission when no transmission diagnosis subjected, the a/c compressor is out, and the check engine light was now the O2 sensor. My radio system was never acknowledged in the first visit however he mentioned the amp is out and they cannot replace it nevertheless the tots charges for everything would be an additional 2K. When taking your car to the dealership it is expected that a full diagnosis of the vehicle is completed and the major concerns of the car is subjected. Although ****** was not directly rude, however he did not show any concern or responsibility for the misdiagnosed of my vehicle.
