I purchased a Water Pick Water Flosser Cordless Plus System on November 1st, 2021 and on November 2nd, 2021 I sent Water Pick my Rebate for a 5 dollar check. This included the register bar code on the box, the filled out information sheet, and my purchased receipt. Two months have passed, it is now January 5th, 2022, and I have not received my rebate in the mail. When I called the Water Pick Customer Rebate line I was informed that they had no record of who I was or the information I had sent them. Water Pick requests up to 8 weeks for the rebate to be processed. I can confirm that it has been more than 8 weeks from the date I sent them my rebate.Business response

We have taken care of the customer. We are issuing a $5 rebate check from our office, please allow around four weeks to receive the check. Thank you.Customer response
