      The person working at the store tonight was very rude and very condescending talking down to a delivery driver that was supposed to be picking up an order. This poor girl is just about ready to cry from this guy being rude to her. I had an order that was supposed to be picked up She went there to pick it up and then 7-Eleven employee told her that somebody else already picked it up which is not true because the company sent me a message to cancel the order because they didn't have a driver so they did have a driver she was at the store trying to pick up the order so I tried to contact 7-Eleven and I had a $25 charge for a delivery that I never received that was never marked as delivered and that was canceled by the delivery driving partner and then it was canceled by 7-Eleven and the guy kept saying that the order was already given to someone if that was the case they wouldn't have been able to cancel the order because it would have been showing that it was still being delivered so I don't know what is going on I will never use the service again but I just want to let you guys know that this is happening. I believe that though employee at 7-Eleven probably took the order in the back and started to eat it because nobody picked it up and then just told the driver that it was already picked up because he was waiting for a driver to show up also but it was never it never left that store nobody showed up to do that I just want to let people know that it's a problem and I'd like somebody to call me and explain to me how this all happened when I'm waiting for hours to get an order delivered that's supposed to bring food for me to take medication because I'm disabled I got messages that said it would be here in 3 minutes from the delivery partner I filed a complaint about them as well because it said that it would be delivered in 3 minutes but then it says they don't have a driver and it cancels the order and then the drivers at the store trying to pick it up that was given the order and the delivery driver was getting harassed by the 7-Eleven employee this whole thing was absolutely ridiculous and I hope somebody looks into it
