I think that Christophers dodge ram in golden Colorado is worthless. We broke down and they had the part in stock and it took 5week's to get my truck fixed. Its a 2 and a 1/2 hour fix and road test. We live in ********** so we had to rent a car and drive it home. Then I had to pay for a flight from ********** to ************** get a uber to golden to pick up my truck, when i received my truck back the new driver side **** had grease all over it. I talked to **** the service manger on the phone and he gave me a lame excuse that all the auto dealers computers were down for days that they had to do everything manually and he was happy with how long it took for the repair. I was told by a service adviser that they had other customers ahead of me and that they wouldn't put me in front of them knowing that i was from out of state. They new we were from out of state but it made no difference to them....They don't EVEN DESRVE ONE STAR..I hope that anybody who breaks down in ******** doesn't go to Christopher's Dodge Ram in *************** because they don't care where your from.Review from TC C.

These folks sold me friend a 2019 f150 that they told me was great with no issues upon inspection. Anyhow, this truck Had ****k miles. They even talked me into getting the assurant extended warranty + gap coverage. Not even 300 miles driven and less than two weeks later I got a p00021 code which indicates an issue with the intake camshaft position timing (over advanced). In ******** terms they sold me a vehicle with bad *** cam phasers plus a few other issues. I called the service department when I got the code and was encouraged to find a **** dealership to take the vehicle to for a diagnosis on the issue. I was finally able to drop the vehicle off at a **** dealership. I gave them the assurant service agreement number and all of the pertinent information they would need to make a claim for repairs after they diagnose the issue. I dropped the car off on a Monday and by Friday was told that the *** Cam phasers were bad and that it was also causing an issue with the timing chain and other miscellaneous parts pertaining to the engine. The service advisor from **** told me this would be a $4400 repair. I asked them to follow up with assurant. The service advisor contacted me saying that assurant has no record of the service agreement, and nothing matching the vin of the vehicle. Im like this cant be right, so I attempted to contact Christopher Dodge's finance department multiple times. Each time I was transferred nobody answered the phone. I left 3 voicemails requesting a call back. Never got a call back. The service advisor also attempted to contact them several times without any success until the end of YESTERDAY. Low and behold assurant had no record of the extended warranty this dealership sold me , because Christopher Dodge's finance department never entered my purchase into the system fully. So because of that they said that they would have to send it up to their warranty administrator to kind of speed things along. Still waiting. No loaner offered.Review from Laura C

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. First, they quoted me a price that was over $1,000 more than what was posted online, so be sure to check them on that. I bought a used truck from them and when I picked it up, they tried to give me the truck with the gas light on! I had to ask several times for them to fill up the gas before I took it, and they finally took it to a gas station and only filled it up 3/4 of the way and tried to tell me that the gauge would move to full as I started driving, which they knew was a lie. Also, they had agreed to replace the windshield on the truck because there was a crack across the entire windshield. They had the truck for a few days and did not replace it while it was at their lot and said they work with a mobile company who would come to my house. I took it because I needed to use the truck that weekend. Well turns out I lived too far away for the mobile company so I had to set up a time for them to replace it, and then I get a call at 10am that day that they actually couldn't replace it that day and would have to set up another time. The company that they work with is a small company and only has 1 person installing windshields, they don't have a shop and on ****** it says they are temporarily closed and they are very hard to get a hold of. It is ridiculous for a large dealership to rely on this one company. I ended up having to wait almost another week to get my windshield replaced. The manager that I was working with did not seem to care and only gave me a few oil changes after I complained. They tried to make it sound like it was a special thing that they were doing, when after talking with a service employee it turns out they usually give people free oil changes and offer an oil change package at the time of purchase, which was not done at all when I purchased my truck. Dealing with the people at this dealership is like dealing with a toxic ex and I would recommend you find somewhere else.Christopher's Dodge Ram Response

Thank you for letting us know about your visit,we hate to hear that you did not have a good experience! In regards to vehicle pricing, our pricing changes weekly and sometimes when prices are changed, it take a little while to update on website. Prices can go up or down on a weekly basis. At the end of the day I want to make sure you paid the right price and it appears that you did. In regards to gas, you should not have to ask more than once! We definitely want your tank topped off and after speaking with the sales manager assisting with your deal and the person you had discussions with,he offered to fill your tank the next time you are in our area. Just stop by and ask and we will get you taken care of! It also sounds like you have been given an oil change card with three free oil changes and a tire rotation to try and relieve some of the headache caused by the windshield hassle. In speaking with tthe windshield company that we work with, we were told that the windshield that was brought in for your vehicle and was to be put on before you took delivery, was scratched and therefore a new one had to be ordered. That information should have been conveyed to you and it was not. From my understanding and in checking with the windshield company, they arranged to have the windshield installed at your place of employment and the job has been completed.
We are sorry your experience did not go as planned but we have tried to do everything we can to make your sale live up to the expectation. We look forward to seeing you and your truck when you bring it in for the complimentary oil changes and anything else you should need!Review from Ken S

My Durango's leaking radiator was replaced under warranty with no hassles. Also under warranty, the water pump was replaced for the second time. Multiple employees were notably friendly. The only difference between perfection and my actual experience was the recommendation of "throttle body cleaning and air/fuel service". Once time I let a Dodge dealer talk me into that service on a Viper with 979 miles. ***** I realized how dumb it was to just go along with such an obviously unnecessary service.Christopher's Dodge Ram Response
