    Worst experience ever. Went here to celebrate a birthday and have some drinks with friends but the power hungry manager decided she wouldnt let us drink. Me being from ****, I have an utah drivers license. My ID has been issued for 2 years and has a new design, but according to their book my ID was fake. (Ive ordered alcohol here before with no issues). They then proceeded to lie and say that there were stings going on around the city so they cant serve anyone at my table. The manager then comes over and said that she has to confiscate my ID because it was fake but she then says she wont do it this time (how nice of her). We usually come here with friends every time we come down but that might not be the case anymore. We were treated like trash and our food came out cold. Might be time to upgrade to an ID scanner so you dont accuse your paying customers that they are fake and threaten them. Might also be time for new management. I wont be back. Ill find a new sushi place to spend my 100$ at.

    Thank you for your honest concern with our company. We apologize that you were misidentified as not being 21, and that you did not receive the care that you would have liked. The manager followed protocol with matching IDs to the book we provide from the government that has up to date IDs posted. As of Nov 8, ********************************** our county once again, and all staff is at high alert - as we have posted warning in staff areas. We can not change this incident for you, however we do hope to do a better job of communicating effectively and will work in our community relations around this.

    That is an utter false statement. Your book doesnt have up to date IDs posted. Ive had my ID for over 2 years, so either you guys dont care about updating it or your scared to admit you messed up. Didnt offer any reimbursement and in reality you probably dont care this even happened. Until I see change we will never be back there.
