I purchase 2 E-gift cards ($25 & $5 which does not expire) from ****'s bagel website on 12/15/2020 and tried to use it at one of company's stores in ****************************************************************** on 10/15/2022. I was told that $25 gift card number and pin is showing error and store was not able to retrieve the e-card info. So same day, I called gift card customer line ***************) and was told that I would have to call the ****** bagel company directly. There was no phone contact info. availalble on company's wensite (noahs.com) and utilizes contact page of the website to submit inquiry and requested refund if issue with egift card balance can not be resolved. When it was submitted I did not receive email confirmation and had to re-submit next day to confirm. On 10/24/2022, I decided to email gift card support as I have not received any response from the business and received a response just stating that I would need to contact the business directly. Fact that there no response/explanation of customer inquiry from the business and unwillingness to help of gift card support, the business is not properly addressing customer's need/inquiry and failed to meet reasonable business conduct.
