My roof was damaged during the "******* fire" of 2021. ****** took my call on the weekend and inspected the house the next Monday. On Tuesday he made emergency repairs.It took over 6 months for the insurance company to agree to a settlement, during which time ****** was in constant communication with me. He would even text me after normal business hours. It was greatly appreciated.His crews were very professional, cleaning up before leaving for the day.****** oversaw all aspects of the claim, including window replacement, stucco and drywall repair, fencing, and sprinkler repair. What a relief not having to "find" people for each task.You will find ****** to be professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and he listens and implements the needs of the client.Do yourself a favor and put Bonhardt Roof and Trade on your interview list. I believe you will be impressed. I was. *******

I cannot recommend Bonhardt Roof and ******** enough. From the very beginning of our roofing issues, ****** was there to help us through what to do. We had never dealt with something like this as homeowners and we were put at ease knowing we had ****** there to guide us through it. Communication was as good as it could possibly be, which is essential in situations like this for customers. Its rare these days to find someone who you can trust to help make wise decisions for your home. ****** helped us through a long and complicated insurance process as well as a messy siding water issue. Every step of the way he gave great advice, explained and taught me things and never once over sold anything. I felt I could trust his insight and work as he was honest, straightforward and great at communicating. ****** replaced our roof, siding and gutters with a competitive price and timely service. Bonhardt roofing did a fantastic job on our roof project from start to finish, and we highly recommend them to all our friends and neighbors! Our roof was damaged by a windstorm and starting with our first conversation with ****** the very next day, he put us at ease by confidently explaining the process to us so we'd know exactly what to expect. It was our first time filing a homeowner's insurance claim, so he went above & beyond by walking us through all the steps and provided so much useful knowledge. ****** is friendly and always kept in good communication with us throughout every step of the process -- from selecting shingles, to delivery, to the day of installation & following up to make sure we were satisfied with how our roof turned out.
