              They replaced our roof on our house. The owner explained everything on the insurance adjusters report, as there were many things in there we did not understand. He is very knowledgeable and works well with insurance companies. He stands behinds his work and is very reliable. His crew did a great job and in our experience we would highly recommend him for any roofing job.

              Diligent did a spectacular job from start to completion!! Owner operated is the way to go I found. The owner worked tirelessly chronicling hail damage to attain maximum funding with both *************** The latter was initially denied & then funded due to hard work challenging the initial estimate. Because the owner is such a great guy, all the third party contractors he works with are also alike, great guys! The Diligent crew worked so hard it was almost unfathomable. Im getting a lot of compliments from neighbors. Better yet it feels so good to have a new safe, beautiful roof! Diligent provided above & beyond service through & through. The owner is very pleasant to work with, I never thought Id enjoy the process of replacing our roof,.. never say never!

              Caution! These guys come across nice and professional but caused a lot of damage. Backed his trailer into my house and refused to give me his insurance for a week then tried to offer a discount to fix the damage. The decking was supposed to be replaced but didnt they were hammering causing significant damage to the ****** as they were pulling off the old roof. Somehow passed inspections without them even coming out. If you use these guys you will pay its pretty on the outside but the damage is real on the inside

              Excellent work, affordable pricing. I have worked with many contractors over the years. ******* is the owner he is very professional and a great guy to work with. He and his team had the job done in no time. 1 day to tear off old roof and install new one, 2nd day did new gutters and finished up early despite a few set backs we had getting started. I will use Diligent Roofing again for future projects and highly recommend him to anyone looking for roofing and related work done. 5 stars!

              I was very happy with ****** (owner) and his crew who were at my home to re-coat, repair, and install cap metal to end the random leaks I have experienced over the years with my flat roof. I received a referral from my neighbor to contact ******, and I'm glad I did. He was onsite to ensure all work was completed as agreed upon. They all were always here when they said they would be, and communicated with me very well through the entire project. I will definitely refer Diligent Roofing to others.

              ******* (owner) of Diligent Roofing was knowledgeable, kind and the workmanship outstanding. It was refreshing to have a business under promises and OVER deliver. If I ever have any roofing needs in the future, Diligent Roofing will ALWAYS be my choice.
