The initial interaction with ***** was excellent. However, I will never walk inside that building again! We had secured our own financing with our bank, but by the time the finance department processed our paperwork, our bank was closed. Since we live nearly 45 minutes away, we decided to allow them to process the loan with one of their preferred lenders, which caused us to pay a higher interest rate. We were still relatively happy with our decision at this point, however when we had not received the registration paperwork from the *** with only a week left on our temp tag, we reached out to the *** and they said that they had kicked the paperwork back to the dealership twice already. We had to call the dealership to find out that they mistakenly charged us the wrong taxes and that they would not fix their screwup until we paid them an additional nearly $2,300 dollars. So, in essence, they are holding our registration ****** for their admitted mistake! Now, before you say well, you should have known how much the taxes are in your county. My work had just relocated my family to ******** in April, and we bought the vehicle in May. Their idea of a fix is for me to pay it over time, and they will comp me a few tanks of gas and some detailings (again, I live 45 minutes away). The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because ***** was an excellent salesman and has attempted to put us with the right people who could fix our situation.Review from Kim P

AutoNation **** in Littleton presents a masterclass in incompetence and disregard for customer service. The nightmare began with a 90-minute delay in picking up my car for service, setting the tone for an odyssey of unprofessionalism. Despite their promise of a timely return, my vehicle wasn't ready for retrieval until 4:15 pm. The service executive assured me it would be delivered that evening, but as the clock struck 6:40 pm, there was no sight or sound of my car. An attempt to contact the dealership only revealed a conveniently closed service, leaving me stranded without a lifeline. The pinnacle of this debacle arrived in the form of the elusive **, *******************, who seemed to possess the Houdini touch when it came to vanishing acts. Despite the dealership's advertised closing time of 8 pm, ************** remained a phantom until 7:35 pm, adding insult to injury with the revelation that my car wouldn't materialize until the next morning. Even my offer to collect the vehicle personally was met with the baffling revelation that the ** lacked access to the very cars within his domain. It's astounding that a dealership flaunting a measly 1-star BBB Review rating manages to operate with such consistent disregard for basic customer communication and service. In a landscape where customer experience should reign supreme, ********************** **** in Littleton emerges as a paragon of ineptitude. From tardiness to false assurances and an astounding display of managerial incompetence by *******************, this dealership embodies a cautionary tale of how not to treat patrons. A 2-star rating feels like a charitable overestimation for an establishment that excels only in disappointing its clientele at every conceivable turn. If I could have given this dealership and its ******* stars, I would have. While it's too early to rate the quality of service done on the vehicle, I highly advised servicing your vehicle (and purchasing one) elsewhere.Review from Kirk T.

WE had our truck in their shop for almost 5 months now. Diagnosis was it needs a new engine. We keep making follow up as to when it will be done . The service guy in-charge at first gave us a time frame that it will be about 3 months. We ask for a loaner but they wont provide us one saying that it is not covered with our warranty . We understand that but for the length of time that we don't have a car that is unacceptable. He even computed us that the company will spend around 15k if they give a loaner. How about us? So, because they can not fixed our truck the soonest possible time. We are the one who will suffer 15k to rent a car? We communicated with the service guy at least once a week but to no answer. We were so frustrated that he will only give us a reason that its not just us who has this problem. He even gave us the actual **** telephone number that will provide the parts., So now we have to call someone from **** and make follow **** This was supposed to be their job. Nevertheless my husband called **** because of frustration and we badly needed a vehicle. To our surprise the lady said that our case should have been place as priority but never was .thus, the delayed . So, Autonation blamed **** for not having the parts ( shortage as they say) and then **** blames Autonation for not placing it as priority. Who ever did not do their job . I do not know. I just want my truck fixed and get re imbursed with all the rides (lyft) from and to work. Right now we are still awaiting for any updates but no one call us yet. I wanted to raise this problem to the top and this practice is un acceptable (The fact that we are still paying for the truck) plus 5 months insurance and not even using it. If after this months and we still don't hear from them. I will have to do the next step which will be the attorney general. By the way, this is the third time that this truck is with them, same problem and this time it really needs a new engine.Review from Mitch B

In 2020 I bought a brand new **** Explorer ST from this dealer. **** has had a number of issues when it comes to computers, chips, backup cams, etc. We scheduled to come in for a recall which literally was 6 months out. Finally, when we brought the car in, the tech never called us to let us know it was ready. Then when we picked up the vehicle, the transmission began slipping. We brought the Explorer back and explained we would be out of town for 8 days, they could correct the transmission issues during that time. When we returned we were disappointed to learn they had not touched the vehicle. Then they told us they didn't have a transmission tech on staff and would need to bring it to another dealer. 8 days later, they moved the car - meanwhile it's been sitting around and I've been carless. We're now on day 21 of no car and we're "in line" with some other dealer who said 3 more weeks before they even look at it. So my brand new, never pre-owned car is now going to be with them for 35 days.To make matters worse "J" who is supposedly the General Manager started emailing me with customer satisfaction surveys. I've emailed and called him multiple times and he has not responded once. What a total joke. The team at Auto Nation has completely dropped the ball in every way - to the point where I'm looking into legal action against them. Finally, pay attention to sales tax on your quote. On our quote, they included sales tax for the wrong area so it comes in higher, but then they tried to adjust it down which made it look to me like they were trying to pocket the difference. (I called them out on this and they fixed it before we purchased)I'm super disappointed and still waiting on my call from "J".
