value has a bad sub company called steam that has very poor customer service steam support has persons that believe in kicking the can down the road they play games and not like to be accountable also who ever steam hired to do there ai system has coded it very poorly when steam forced me to make a new ea account i was unable to get it complete as in meaning to activate but never less took my money anyways thank god i did it through pay pal and asked paypal not to honor the transaction because who would want to pay for a supposed service and then not get the service so steam in turn threw a revenge temper tantrum and locked my account as in meaning i could not buy anything if i wanted to do something else also they love to protect there mods those that have ether yellow or green names there mods do not know how to be behave and keep there player beliefs out side of there mod duty's if they going to do there player beliefs they need to do that with another account that has no yellow or green name there mods do not know how to keep it professional and stay with there mode duty's when they are logged in with there mod account all and all i guess i should not be to surprised how a super monopoly likes to act when they are not held accountable sooner or later corruption going to find its way in and things as every one knows starts to go down hill i am telling my friends and family not to do business with steam steam needs to get better about not having so much conflict of interest being in control of key positions and it is for this reason alone i will not being doing business with steam ever again shame on value for hiring immoral persons if bbb could let me have the choice of putting 0 stars i would do that but i guess i have to settle for 1
