The work tristar was paid to do has been pushed out a month, and when I was told it would only take 4-5 days to complete the fence, we have been with out a complete fence for 15 days. Every time I talk to someone whether it be tristar or their fence tech I get told a new day further out that they will complete it. They were paid in full, and have not completed the project in a timely manner, nor have they communicated clearly about timing. Due to medical reasons we need our fence completed, and we truely needed it completed within the 4-5 day time frame they have us when discussing the project. We would like a labor refund due to the lack of completion and communication, but first we need the project completed by 5/20/22.Business response

We communicated in person as well as email with the ***** in regards to weather delays and gate material delay. We did have our tech out there in inclement weather to complete the fence on 5/20/2022. The chainlink drive gate was special ordered and did take extra time to get in which delayed the project finish. The chainlink fence was completed at 1pm on 5/20/2022. We did ask the ***** for a half down deposit for material purchase and instead they paid the full amount for the fencing project in March. We never ask for a full amount on any project and always ask for the half remaining balance at the time of completion. We have always installed temporary fencing to help contain animals during installation at customer request. No request was made from the ***** so we were unaware of this issue they incurred. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
