            We hired Skyline Moving Company to pack our household items for a relocation. Upon arrival we were shocked to see the extensive amount of damage to our belongings due to improperly packed and/or wrapped furniture. Our items were broken, dented, stained, punctured, ripped, and more. When we contacted the company, and showed them videos and photos they agreed that this was not a reasonable amount of damage, and that it was due to their team's negligence, but their offer for remedy is a fraction of the replacement costs! We tried working with their insurance company, too, in order to facilitate a claim, but they could do nothing except acknowledge that this was not reasonable and the damage was due to the way our items were packed or wrapped.
