On November 17th we received an estimate. My husband and I removed some work from the estimate to cut the cost from $2148 to only $1450. The invoice that was agreed upon reflects the $1450. is in the attachments named "invoice.jpg". A $1,000 check (proof is in attachments labeled "1.out.of.2 payments.JPG"; "proof.of.1st.payment.front.jpg"; proof.of.1st.payment.back.jpg") was given to pay the deposit. Work was completed last week of December. My husband paid the remaining $450 over the phone. Attachment "2.out.of.2.payment.JGG". On February 15th I noticed a pending transaction of $450 for All Seasons Restoration. The transaction was processed on February 20th. On that day I called the number showing up to the transitions. I learned that All Seasons Restoration used an accounting company for billing. I was able to talk to ********************* and sent all the attachments from above to her to issue a refund. PDF of emails is in attachments. as "contact regarding. All seasons restoration refund.pdf". I also messaged the salesperson (I believe his name is *******) to loop him in on the situation. He said they did not run my card until February but we have documentation that proves otherwise. Sent him the exact information I sent ****. He said he would talk to his boss and assure a refund check after talking to the accountants. Attached are text sent to his number "Contact with sales 1, 2 &3"I was under the impression that I was to wait 4-6 weeks which I did and then made contact again. **** directed me to *****. ***** talked to Bandon and a check was to be issued and still has not. It is June 20th making 4 months for a refund. As the emails and text show I have been trying to get an update for the last weeks without any luck.
