I purchased a pregnancy pillow and additional cover on 9/2/2024 for $234.95. I received an email the next day saying that my order was received and being processed. I emailed via the website about a week later. No update acknowledging my email but on 9/12 I was sent another email saying that the team is making (your) order and sending it out to you on or before Monday. I again emailed via their website on 9/20 for an update or shipping confirmation with no response. The website is now down, so it appears the store is closed. I would ideally like to cancel my order and get a refund.Initial Complaint

Ordered the MoonWomb pillow before August 20, 2024. Email was received that my shipment would be shipped Friday 23rd. It is now September 9th. It has now been over 10 business days and my shipment has not arrived. This businesses website clearly states standard shipping is typically 2-4 business days based on distance from **************, **. I live in **** one state away. Not only are their shipping terms false in every way, they also do not answer emails or calls. Ive sent 3 emails to the provided email on the website with no responses. Reaching even further I have called 3-4 times as well as sent 2 text messages with zero communication back from this business. I have reported this business to my bank as a fraudulent charge and I would recommend everyone looking to shop to go elsewhere.Initial Complaint

On May 11, 2024 I placed an order with the Sustainable Baby Co for a Moon Womb pillow and placed a second order for a Moon Bay. A few days after placing my order I realized that I had put the wrong shipping address on the secondary order. I reached out to the company via the email in their site. They say they respond in 24-48hrs. It has now been 3 weeks since my first attempt at contact and *** received no correspondence. I have sent at least 3 emails, 2 direct messages on their Instagram and Ive called once and was sent straight to voicemail. Today, I visited their Instagram once more to see if anyone else was commenting similar issues on their posts in order to get their attention. I saw several comments where people had placed orders they never received and were never able to establish contact the company over these missing order. The other customers filed reports with their credit card companies and were able to receive refunds. I, however, placed my orders using a gift card I was gifted at my baby shower and cannot get that money back and am devastated as every ***** counts. This company needs to be reported and shut down so they can no longer scam people. Thank you for your help and thank you for your time.Initial Complaint

I placed 2 orders online with Sustainable Baby Co., which were both cancelled and I still have not received refunds for either.(1) Order No. ***** - $290.00 - I placed an order for products totaling $290.00 on 4/7/24 and my credit card was charged $290.00 on 4/7/24. I was notified via email that this order was cancelled on 4/29/24. I received Refund Notification emails from the company on 4/29/24 and 5/10/24, but I still have not received a refund.(2) Order No. ***** - $185.00 - I placed an order for a product for $185.00 on 4/29/24 and my credit card was charged $185.00 on 4/29/24. I was notified via email that same day on 4/29/24 that this order was cancelled. I still have not received a refund. I never received a Refund Notification email for this one.I have sent various email messages to this company with no response. I have attempted calling; no one answers the phone.Initial Complaint

On April 16th, I purchased an Organic Moonwomb Rainstorm Linen from the Sustainable Baby Co website for $175. I received a confirmation email (order #*****) and the money was withdrawn from my account. I did not receive the product. On April 29th, I received an email stating that my order was cancelled. However, my $175 was not refunded. I saw that their instagram account was full of comments from people who experienced the same thing, and now their website no longer exists.Initial Complaint

Ordered a pillow cover in March for baby arriving in April. Almost 2 months later and the order has not shipped. Tried reaching out via email, no response, and website chat, no response. I ordered a pregnancy pillow for $158.45 (order #*****) on February 19th. I received a notification that my order shipped on March 9th, and was provided a **** tracking number. To this day, the tracking status still shows that **** is awaiting the product. I received an email to write a review about the product I never received on March 22nd. I emailed customer service on March 22nd and March 26th with no response, and attempted to use their help chat option on their website on March 27th with no response. I finally wrote a review hoping that would prompt a response and it never appeared on their website, so they are obviously deleting reviews they dont like. I have never encountered these issues with any other company and it is so disappointing coming from a company that portrays itself as ethical and sustainable. At this point I just want my money back but the company will not respond.Initial Complaint

On October 26, 2023 I made a purchase on The Sustainable Baby Co. website for their product called the MoonWomb Organic Body, Pregnancy and Feeding Pillow - Pillow with Quilted Muslin Cover (order #*****). I paid $166.50 USD to Sustainable Baby Co. via my PayPal account.I understood that they make a handmade product and gave time for production. I received an email notification on November 16, 2023 that my order had shipped with a link to a **** tracking number. I continued to check that tracking number for months and it did not change status from preparing for shipment. I reached out first via email on November 29, 2023 to ask why the tracking had not changed. No reply.I sent another email December 4, 2023 and received a reply on December 7, 2023 from ****** of ************* copying the **** tracking number for me to follow and no further information (my first response/interaction with them). I emailed again December 16 and 18, 2023 asking why the tracking had again not changed and sending a screenshot from the **** website. I discovered that their chat feature on their website was the only place I could receive a response so I continued to leave message after message there. Eventually (Jan 2024) they promised they had found the order in a parcel locker and would send it again. On January 15, 2024 I saw them refund me 10% ($16.50) to PayPal for the issues. I followed up several times for further updates. On January 27, 2024 I received a package from them and it was the wrong item (not of equal value or what I desired). I emailed them photos of what I had ordered and what I received. No response.On their chat feature, someone responded on January 31, ****************************************************** a new tracking number. No follow up.I checked in again, asking for a refund instead on February 3, 2024. I heard back two days later that they would find my order. I have not heard from them since.Initial Complaint

I have placed 3 orders with this company for items from my baby registry. The first order was placed 12/30/23. On 1/17/24 I received an email saying it was shipped, but the **** tracking number says they are awaiting the item. I placed the second order on 1/13/24 and I havent received any shipping notification. I have emailed the company multiple times, tried live chat, and tried calling but their voicemail inbox is full. I would still like to receive my items and support a small business but Im worried that either this business is a scam or I wont receive them before my baby is born.
