I wanted to leave my review here because I almost left a bad review when I initially read these and hadnt received my order. I have since received my pillow and it is amazing. The quality and functionality is why I ordered in the first place. And it surpassed my expectations. On the downside It did take 7 weeks to get. I finally got an email from them explaining that they had been locked out of their Shopify store without notice and are currently in a class action lawsuit along with many others. I searched and sure enough many other companies have had this happen with Shopify. It sounds like they are SLOWLY turning things around so hopefully if you are in the same boat I was in, try reaching out to the company and find out when your order will be sent. Its worth the wait.

I placed my order over two weeks ago and finally found an order confirmation in my spam. But after multiple attempts to contact this business for an update I've received zero responses.I wish I had read these reviews first. I feel like I've been completely scammed.

Fraudulent company. Do not order. I placed an order for my new babys arrival. I have looked forward to ordering from them for years. I never received a confirmation order from them. I immediately reached out via their contact form when I had been charged but not received the confirmation. I waited several days and didnt receive a reply. I then reached out via their email. No response. I waited a week and reached out via direct message. No response. Upon reviewing the comments on their social media posts, from those claiming to never receive their products, I also commented. I have also tried via phone and secondary email. Its been a month and Ive never received a reply. I have no idea why their website is still accepting orders or how they can be allowed to steal money from people like this. Its an EXPENSIVE product. And one for mothers to feed their babies. Its incomprehensible that people in the world would operate this way. I am so disappointed and now left scrambling in the last days before my baby is due to get a refund so that I can buy another support. Please do not attempt to buy from them.

I placed an order on April 24th. I got an email April 29th saying my order had been canceled. I emailed to ask about it and someone said they were having technical issues and would get back to me within the hour.they did not get back to me within the hour, and I've not heard anything else, and the website has been totally down since then- five days.in spite of my order being canceled, my money was not refunded, and I have reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charge. at least I didn't get some fake tracking number like some other customers have reported...

Awful company. I'm confused how anyone even owns any of their products based on my experience and the others shared here. I know of this company from mothers sharing their pillows, and I have wanted one for a couple years. Expecting my second, I excitedly ordered a $315 bed from Sustainable Baby Co in December with plenty of time to arrive before my baby. I waited and waited and did not receive a shipping confirmation. Upon reaching out they claimed it was being shipped and sent a tracking number that never updated, therefore I could not file a claim with **** at all because they never received the item. I continued to wait and then inquired about the situation, they replied that they would check on it and send an express replacement if the post office could not provide an update. Still nothing. No update, no item ever arrived. Continued to reach out and they said the replacement should arrive within 3 days and they sent a $35 gift card(laughable) for the inconvenience. After questioning about a tracking number or where the supposed replacement was they quit replying to me. Disputed the charge, placed a new order and three weeks later I have no shipping confirmation or any updates. I'm so incredibly disappointed and frustrated. this company seems to be wonderful but it is all somehow just a scam.

I want to start out by saying I did receive my order. Over a month late. However, customer service is horrendous. You cannot get in touch with anyone when asking about your order. On the site it says items will be shipped in 2-3 days or 5-7. They did not ship my order for a MONTH.On to the most concerning thing. I wrote a review on the Sustainable Baby website. In that review I gave 3 stars. The lower rating is for the customer service and their response. My review was taken down from the site. (Look all 5 star reviews, nothing bad to say, and yet on BBB they have 1 star) The owner, ***** stated she takes down reviews she does not agree with. The Sustainable Baby is misleading future customers and henpecking the reviews they want on their site. They are dishonest and untrustworthy.

Having the worst experience with this company. They will not respond whatsoever, order says shipped but it must be false because I have not received any responses since my order was confirmed on 12.15.2023. I've not had my baby already and don't have any of the products I've ordered. Of course at that time I was e-mailing with them frequently and even chatting through their online chat, they were responsive for me to ADD products (OF COURSE) but now refuse to *********** that I actually want my products.

Total scam. After a month long shipping delay with no communication after many attempts to reach seller, the pillow arrives. The seams are poorly sewn, with the selvage edge of the fabric left out. This is the edge when you buy fabric that is treated so it doesn't ravel. But it looks terrible and not worth $175. I return the pillow. They confirm they have received the pillow back, claim it's a "Raw minimalist look." It's been over 3 weeks since they confirmed they recipe the pillow back, and I have yet to receive a refund or have them respond to my requests about it. Total scam

THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. DO NOT TRUST. I ordered the pillow 11/21 for my SIL. As of 12/7 the pillow had not shipped. My SIL went into labor same day - I expressed the urgency and they promised me my order would be shipped same day. It is now 12/23 and I have received zero response since the first interaction, despite hounding them on email, social and phone every day since 12/7. They sent me tracking on 12/14, but it has shown zero movement. I requested my money back, but again - zero response. They market themselves as being a sustainable solution, but in reality they take advantage of new moms. This business is a fraud.

I ordered a product from this company on Dec. 3rd, 2023. The item did not ship and has not been refunded via my request. I've reached out to the companies email and phone number on multiple occasions and received no reply. On social media others have claimed the same or similar. Fraud is the best word to describe what is currently going on with this company.
