They were hired to clean the dryer vent ducts. Due to residential dryer taking a very long time to dry clothes. They performed the work but there is still clogging in the ducts which their technician has stated could cause a fire. The dryer is still having the issue and I've also had a technician from GE (dryer manufacturer) come out on warranty work to inspect the dryer. A ton of lint came out of both the dryer and the vent. This is due to their technician not completing the work hired to do.Work was performed on 6/2/2023. They charged $225.00 for the dryer vent cleaning.I have reached out to them about this and their resolution is to charge more for a technician to come out then if there is still a clog then they would refund the money, they charged for the second visit.I am wanting the work, they were hired to do, to be completed properly or to be refunded a portion because some work was done but it was not completed properly and has still left my family in potential danger of having a house fire.Business response

On June 2nd, 2023, Bee's Air Duct Cleaning completed a dryer vent cleaning for ****************. On August 9th, 2023, we recieved a complaint from **************** that the dryer vent cleaning was not completed properly. Our terms of service state that will go back to a project for any customer complaint or concern within 48 hours of the service. After 48 hours, we charge a dispatch fee of $199, to dispatch a technician to the customer's home. If we find that Bee's Air Duct Cleaning is at fault, we immediately refund the $199 dispatch fee. ****************, has not been in contact with ***'s Air Duct Cleaning at any time between his service on June 2nd and his complaint on August 9th, and He did not provide any documentation to support his complaint. I have attached the email exchange between Bee's Air Duct Cleaning and ****************. It begins with **************** lodging his complaint and ends with him declining to pay to dispatch technician. In the exhange we thoroughly and clearly explain our policy. We are happy to dispatch a technician for $199, and will happily refund the dispatch fee if we find that Bee's Air Duct Cleaning is at fault. We wish **************** the best.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I do not accept being charged again for their lack of completing the work. They want to charge again then "if" the issue is still there then they would return the fee. This is unacceptable as their technician did not perform the job to completion the first time and the issue persists after their recommended solutions were attempted again.
