Seems like a shady company. They dont answer phones like a regular business. Seems like fly by night. Who knows it its authentic.Review from Poor J

Horrible company and horrible customer service! Im in the process of returning my Royal Berkey. On December 28th, 2021, I received my Royal Berkey system and ever since then Ive been experiencing the same issue over and over again. No matter what I do my water continues to appear cloudy and because of that my family and I havent been able to enjoy the product. I reset, re-primed and performed the coloring test numerous times! but the water continues to appear cloudy. I watched countless videos and read so many articles on this system and I still couldnt fix my issue. I want to make it clear that I did not purchase any additional filters. I am also fully aware that soft water is not recommended when using a Berkey. I have a hard water. A set of replacement filters were sent out to me and when I installed them my water once again, still appeared cloudy. I was charged $404.84 for a product that doesnt work and to top it off! Berkey refuses to waive their $14 shipping label fee which is deducted from the refund. When I informed the last customer service representative I spoke to that I would be reporting Berkey to the BBB, their response was thanks so much, let me know if I can do anything else. Such an unprofessional company.
