          The following describes a government action that has been resolved either by a settlement or a decision by a court or administrative agency. If the matter is being appealed, it will be noted below. 

          On November 29, 2018, in the county of Larimie in the state of Wyoming, Pinnacle Powerful Solutions and its principals, Ron Yung and Linda Pearson, entered into a consent agreement with the state of Wyoming in order to resolve an action filed by the state seeking injunctive relief, civil penalties, consumer redress, and other equitable relief under the Wyoming Consumer Protection Act. The consent agreement prohibits the defendants from engaging in any consumer transactions in Wyoming that involve the sale of home efficiency merchandise for a period of five years. Further, the agreement required defendants to provide roughly $84,000 in refunds to consumers. The agreement also imposed $60,000 in civil penalties, to be suspended so long as the defendants adhere to the terms of the agreement. 

          According to BBB files, Ron Yung is also a principal of Rocky Mountain Energy Consultants, which is a Colorado Corporation.
