I had my wife's vehicle detailed, hand waxed and headlights restored. The manager that worked on the light housing buffed and hand sanded the plastic and caused deep scratches from using the wrong grid sandpaper. The manager said it is the best he can do and said he was sorry the headlights were still foggy. We took the vehicle to the service department at the dealership and was told the lights are damaged and need to be replaced. We have been long time customers of The Wave Car Wash and are super disappointed. We have learned a costly ****** and won't be returning.Business response

First and foremost, we would like to salvage a good relationship with this customer. I did buff the headlights out the customer said his wife would not be happy with the outcome and would I please work on them some more,
Therefore, I took the lightest grit paper that we could possibly use and lightly went over them they didnt look much better but they certainly were not worse if this customer woild have gone to the dealership before ever coming
to the wave they would have suggested for him to replace them they were in pretty bad shape before we ever touched them. If this customer would like to contact me direct i would be happy to try and make him happy.
