I went to R. Lesters office today to pick up my tax returns which were promised to be done on 4/1 2022. I got a handwritten agreement from Lester that all my personal, small business and other schedule forms for my rentals be done. He had 2 weeks to do them- when we spoke on the phone he changed his tune and he refused to file the Schedule C for my small business. When I arrived at his office, he again requested that all forms be filed, he refused. Then I showed him the handwritten agreement - he grabbed it out of my hands and crumpled it up and tossed it into the trash. Then he kicked me out - very unprofessional CPA. I demanded that all my past tax filings be returned to me. He only gave me one folder. So I yelled and said I will call 911 and report you. He panicked and kicked me out..I was terrified at this point.- went straight to my phone and made a video of his childish antics. I stood outside his door asking for my tax returns. He came out and through all my forms on the floor. I looked through them and nothing resembled 2021 tax year. He failed to do what he promised to do. I read other ****** reviews about his business practices and I was not surprised that he does business the way he does. He is incompetent and not customer friendly. No wonder every time I go into his office-its crickets!!! All the people have gone across the hall from him to the HR ************* This was where I ended up as well - I rather pay a professional to do my taxes than an unprofessional chum off the street! I dont think R. Lester is capable to doing tax returns for anyone. His license needs to be revoked to save everyone from major headaches!!!
