While traveling our 2022 Sprinter can had an issue with the 4x4 switch and the instrument cluster (IC) went black. We brought to van to the service department and it was diagnosed to be a faulty IC and that it needed to be replaced. They ordered the part and we were told to bring the van back after 2 days (the van was drivable). When we went back for the install of the new IC the original service advisor has gone for vacation and the job was handed off to *** (another service advisor). We waited patiently and every time I follow up with *** he would make an excuse that he dont know much about the problem because the repair was just handed off to him. We brought the van 8:00am as requested. Around 5:00pm my wife became impatient and she followed up herself, she was told they are just wrapping up and will bring the van out soon. *** brought the van out and explained that they cannot make the new instrument cluster work hence they put back the old broken (broken by their tech on the first day) instrument cluster. When I started to question him and asking for his recommendation he hesitated and said he would consult his mechanic. He came back saying they will re-install the new IC and advised that I bring the van straight to a dealership when we get back to **. We waited for another hour or so until the van was ready. I started the van and there were a handful of warnings on the dash, inoperable lane assist, check engine light, etc. *** said the van is drivable and again suggested we go straight to a local dealership. When we arrived in **, I brought the van to my local MB dealership/service. My service advisor found out that the vans original data (mileage, user settings, etc) were not transferred/uploaded to the new IC. With this, he consulted his team and came saying that they cannot estimate how long they should be able to repair the issue. It could take weeks, or months he said. To date the van is now in the dealership 5 weeks. MB USA is now involved.Review from Donna M

Terrible customer service - When making an appointment for repairs and diagnosis on an issue with my car Mercedes just puts you in the que to meet an advisor to discuss problems is what I was told they dont even look at that day after my car was in there shop for 2 days and after 3 days still had to call and text several times before I got details on what was found wrong with my ******* still didnt have warranty information.. even took my car home as there was no information on the warranty issue and it was a weekend. I didnt want my car left outside all weekend in parking lot which it would have been was told no room to put indoors. ***** was my advisor was either overwhelmed with work or has no clue as he told me when I asked about warranty that he tried twice to get information but had to hang up call as other issues had taken him away from the call wow thats when I told him so other peoples issues took precedence over my car after 2 days of waitinghe didnt know what to say other than he will put me to top of priority list now !! Then I finally get email on issue and cost and no warranty I was told and was asked when do I want to bring my car in for repairs..wow after all that I dont think so not going to let Mercedes Westminster work on my car with a cost over $6k omg!!!Took my car to Black Canyon for second opinion and diagnosis and was told only 1 spark plug was misfiring and total cost for repair and materials $533 omg what a big difference never again will I take my car to Mercedes WestminsterReview from Jeffrey L

While traveling from ****** to ****** had a coolant leak so took my vehicle to this dealer on June 30. Was told that if the main radiator had to be replaced, it would be $550 for the part and 8 hours labor at $230 per hour. I was called at 8:15a.m. on July 3rd to tell me it was the secondary radiator. At 11:15a.m. on July 3rd I was called to tell me the car was repaired and ready to be picked up. When I got to the dealer, I was charged $2275 which was $350 for the part and the rest labor and coolant. I questioned this and the labor charge since it only took them 3 hours and they said the charge was correct. I have checked with other Mercedes Dealers and their service departments have said it should only be 3 hours labor plus the part. I called ******************* service manager and he made excuses about the charge. I was definitely taken advantage of by this dealership since I was traveling and from out of town with no recourse. I asked my local Mercedes Dealer to provide me with a quote and it was less than half this charge.Review from Alex M

Beware, gross negligence displayed by staff!I purchased a vehicle last April from out of state. I traveled to the dealership in ****** to inspect the vehicle and make sure everything was ok, which it was, so I paid up, signed the papers and returned to my home state, with the promise by salesmen ********************* and ********************************* that they would handle the collection and transportation of my car two days later with the utmost professionalism. When the transportation company arrived to this dealership two days later to pick up my car, the truck driver recorded numerous scratches on body and windshield, and whats even worse, they ENTERED A FALSE ODOMETER READING ON THE COLLECTION PAPERWORK! The truck driver inflated the odometer reading by adding *************************************************************************************************************************** my home state before delivering it to me (Crazy huh?).The vehicle was recovered a couple of days later by me from the truck driver himself, with damage but yet it still had less miles than what it was picked up with from the Westminster dealership. imagine that. Sales Manager ***************************** washed his hands from this, even though ************************ signed and authorized the legal paperwork pertaining to **** of Laden of the car with a false odometer reading and allegedly non-existent damage on the car. When I confronted Dmitri about this his response was well, we never really check that paperwork when we sign it.... I was speechlessTransportation company alleges that this damage was already on the car at pick up from ******, and well, Dmitri DID IN FACT sign the paper with that "alleged" damage and the over-stated odometer reading, so...If this is not gross negligence then I dont know what is. Id stay away from this place.Review from Roy M.

Worst Mercedes-Benz dealership in ********, bought a new GLC300 and when it came to an explanation of the features we were told to go to ******** We contacted the management team and they promised to schedule an appointment for the explanation, that never happened either. Called once more and was told they dont have the time to explain those things to us because we arent in the elite group of people. Will never buy from here again.
