They will not return phone calls after accepting payment. They will only respond via email which they do not bother to read the emails. They just send generic responses. They are asking for documentation which I have provided via information from my tax return. They have rejected this documentation even though it is an official IRS document, I would like them to accept the uploaded document that shows I am the proprietor of the business, which is what they are needing, but they will not accept it. They have asked me for a different document which I have told them I cannot provide and they will not give me an example of anything else that I can provide , this is an organization that is trying to be in charge of a service provided to the entire country and to ****** with only six employees,but they will not accept an official US document as proof of ownership of a business. They refuse to call to settle this issue they send me emails asking for a document which I have repeatedly responded to I do not have , will you please accept anything else and give me an example of it.Business response

NASTF runs a professional security registry, and therefore we have to be able to assume that professionals know how their business is structured and can assist us in verifying that the information they provide is not fraudulent and that they are the actual person applying.
