We had a leak at an addition on our home for years. We had other contractors look at it and told us they fixed it. They did not. We called Amity Home, Joe returned called immediately. He came out, found the leak and we scheduled the repairs. Happy to say, we have no more leak. Would highly recommend Amity Home Maintenance Solutions and it was a pleasure to work with Joe.Review from Mark S

Amity Home Maintenance Solutions has gone beyond my expectations in solving a leak problem in my porch. I called Joe last November he came right out told me to call him early spring. Each and every appt he was right on time we worked together to find a very tough water leak he made recommendations and FIXED the leak on his next visit, Joe kept his word was reasonable and trustworthy. Amity Home Maintenance Solutions recently replaced an old leaky roof on my front porch overhang and the work was outstanding! Unlike many other roofers Joe called us back right away and finished the work in a week. These days, this is a miracle. I will be sure to use Amity for other home maintenance projects I have in the future.Review from Barry S

Amity Home Maintenance Solutions was the upmost professional and reliable. The owner Joe did a through investigation of the roof and its condition and provided his professional opinion. He was sure to point out the specific areas of the roof that needed repair and explained in detail what the steps were to repair or replace. Joe and his crew were timely and followed the stated plan as he stated when we agreed to use Amity Home Maintenance Solutions. At the conclusion of their work the onsite crew made sure the property was clear of all debris which spoke for their pride in their work and care for the customer.Review from Harriet C

Joe and his team did a wonderful job replacing a leaking skylight, which was quite high up, on a steeply pitched roof. This was a challenging job, and Joe approached it professionally and carefully. After replacing the skylight, he did the interior work (of installing sheetrock and painting) beautifully. Joe and his son Chris were meticulous about each aspect of this installation, and left our house clean, and with a sparkling new, high quality skylight.Amity Home Maintenance Solutions, LLC Response
