My husband placed an order with them on 12/29/2021. I heard the conversation and know an order was placed because he put the call on speaker phone as he always does. After and hour and 15 minutes, he called them to see where the order was. The girl who answered indicated that there was no order placed under our address and they did not receive any phone call under our number. Obviously they screwed something up. No apology nothing. So he hung up as there was nothing they wanted to do to remedy this. I said to my husband to check his account and sure enough there was a charge for about $45 from Crossroads. We call back and still they took no acceptance and was brushing it off. Finally she said to send a screenshot to the manager, so I did right away. The next day around 1 pm there was no reply back so I called and the girl put the manager on the phone who also took no acceptance and was not trying to help remedy. I asked for the owner, Mark to call my husband. He never called. My friend called on Friday and they apparently said the order must have been cancelled. My husband called our Banks Fraud Dept because it was clear CPH was not refunding us our money. The bank informed us that there were actually two charges from CPH. My husband ended up cancelling his card. To this day on 1/5, we have no received a call or refund from CPH. People should be warned because this was not the first time.
