On July 22, 2022, I purchased ten sail numbers from this business, order number ****, payed via ******. The shipment arrived August 19th, but it only included 9 of the ten numbers. A black 12-inch number 2 was missing from the order. I immediately let the owner know via SMS, and he replied on the same day at 1:27 pm “Must have missed it will resend another; thanks for letting me know and best of luck at the regatta” I never received the item. I sent additional SMS messages on Sep 8th, Oct 15th, and again today, Feb 3, 2023, and these messages have gone unanswered. I’m seeking ways to leave a review of this business, warning potential customers of slow and incomplete order fulfillment, and also hoping that the BBB may be able to influence this business owner to complete his obligation to me. Purchased sailing vest on website for $115.00. Received an email saying the my order was being processed. Never received the item. Have sent several emails and left several voicemails. I have not heard back. It's now been several months. Looking for either my item or my money back.
