      I brought my vehicle in my 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee due to a noise and my front end. I was told the noise was from the struts and lower control arms. They replaced them with aftermarket parts not Jeep parts and then charged me additional 340 past what my warranty paid this was cash out of my pocket. When I picked up my car, it had the same sound. It was not fixed then I was told upper control arms. They did those each time extending over a month at a time waiting for them to get my car in for a appointment and for parts. I picked up my Jeep again same issue. The issue was never corrected Mark reassured me many times it was fixed to be picked up again and it’s not fixed then they decided to put in a steering unit during this duration I’ve asked for my parts to show me that they were actually broken because they’re taking out jeep parts to put an aftermarket parts not Jeep. Every single time I picked up my vehicle, it had the same sound then I asked for the manager Tom called me and he was very short and rude to me. I asked him to go over everything that they have put into my vehicle since I still have the same exact sound that I brought it in the first time for he was supposed to call me back and never did that was in September. I went for an oil change they put my jeep up on a lift to find out that even my splash guard that covers the motor underneath the vehicle was never put back on from Crowley. I called Mark and left him a message. He text me to let me know that he sent my message to Tom. It’s been two weeks he still has not called me back. So instead of fixing my Jeep correctly they choose to ignore me. And they never gave or showed me the parts they said needed to be replaced .

      My first time buying from a dealer and I was not happy. I test drove a car and the only thing I asked was to have the dings pulled out, whether from the outside, inside, feathered/blended, whatever. I was assured they would be and when I picked up the car, there was white speckles all over the front (black car), the dings were not pulled out with poor excuses, price was jacked up almost $5,000 from what it started at without telling me what all these "add ons" were priced at, the inside was not detailed, smears all over the instrument cluster and LCD screen, dirty mats, no mat protectors, shoe marks on the door panels, adhesive marks from the window sticker on the dash, and when I called up to see how this all can be taken care of, they didn't want to know me. Pretty much took my deposit and didn't deliver on what they said they were going to. There's an oil change sticker that had green marks for good brakes, tires, and battery. Well the tires were almost bald, and my brakes squeak. Bought the car 10/2021 and I already had to buy a spare tire (didn't come with one) and replace the trunk struts. I should not have problems like this with a 4 year old car. Huge buyers remorse and will not be doing business with Crowley again.
