ask me on more videoevidence)I take my vehicle to this place that I bought in perfect condition with no codes on it, I come back home with a serious problem which I have recorded every time it happened. Whether it's my brakes have a black smoke coming out of it putting black stuff all over my vehicle when I had no brake problems or an extremely loud squealing that they supposedly say they accidentally tightened something too tight it's always something I've called out of work multiple times now I'm very far behind on my rent. On top of their ****** attitude. When I go to just pay for the next thing one after another I come to realize they're overcharging ******** has five star rotors for example for about $60 so that means I could've done both front rotors for that price yet they charge me $150 for just one of them my main mechanic looks at my receipt and shows how they're making money off of people in this is wrong. They lie and their tactic is to have your vehicle have a part break in a week or two so you come back with more money. I most definitely would like my money back all $1000 of it almost I have receipts. And I would like to never go there again I mean ever. I'm not the only one with this complaint I believe they swapped out some ladies transmission in the past and she had a problem with that as well because her vehicle blew out. These people need to be dealt with. Most recent major issue is now I cannot put gas in my gas tank I've been telling them about this code popping up on my dashboard since day one about my gas tank. Asking them to fix it they continue to say there's nothing wrong with my vehicle at all that I could just keep on driving it they laugh it off and say goodbye. Now here I am driving down the road as usual another problem occurs it's always when I leave another problem occurs and they tell me to call out for another day now I have gasoline absolutely spraying out the side of my vehicle very literally. Can't even put gasoline in my truck.

in requards to a complaint filed against us. In regaurds to this claim. The customer brought in the vehcile with the original complaint of a check engine light but felt no issues with the car other than seeing the light and though the steering wheel was loose.Upon us seeing the vehicle it had three codes  p0449 evap vent solenoid control circuit, po455 evap large leak detected , c0035 left front wheel speed sensor to us the wheel did not seem loose and the customer said it was a new car to him and agreed that it was just different from things hes driven in the past. Based on these codes we recommended replacing the front left abs sensor, the canister vent solenoid, and the canister vent solenoid pigtail connector. When the vehcile left there were no present codes it did have a light for the front passanger air bag and a tire pressure light for three bad tire pressure sensors. The total cost for repairs on this job was $468.48 and the mileage on the vehicle when it left was 178735 the date on my invoice is 3.12.2020. He did call some time after (not exactly sure how long wether is was days or weeks) complaining of a noise in the front we told him to stop down and we would take a look at it.When he did the noise he was heraring was the backing plate rubbing.

We stopped what we were doing got it on a lift and bent the plate back and he left within a hour with no charge and no noise. The next time we heard from him he was complaining about another noise and some type of "smoke" which we told him to stop down so we could listen to it and go from there we recommeneded dropping it off because were a small shop with a full work load but promised to squeeze it in to be checked. He said there was no way for him to drop it off he needed to wait for it.

So when he got here we stopped what we were working on to check what was going on  with his car. What was found was that the front right caliper had locked up and was causing the noise and brake dust he was seeing.

While he waited we got the parts replaced the brake caliper brake pad and did a oil change at the customers request. When the vehicle was completed the customer was unable to pay for the full repair this was on

4.6.22 which he paid $230.00 leaving a remaing balance of $189.97 the mileage of the vehicle at that time was 180692 that he assured us he would be back that following monday to pay which we agreed would be fine. In his complaint he claim we over charged him for rotors which we never did any work to this vehicle requarding rotors, also in reqaurds to his complaint of over charging he was never charged $150 for anything the brake pads were $60.04 and the caliper was $118.63. We also were never made aware of any issues with putting gas in the vehicle. We dropped everything we were doing to accomadate him when he was able to get here. Sometime after the last repair that was done that is still not completely paid for we were made aware by the landlord that he came to the business on a day we were not here and was swearing and yelling to the point the landlord was concerned enough to try to reach out to the buisness owner on the weekend but we never heard anything further from the customer after that. It is extremly unfortunate to have recieved this type of complaint from someone who we turly bent over backwards for and did what we could right away , being a small buisness we very rarly are able to do repairs while customers wait but we made the acommadations for him on mulitple occasions.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

      Sincerely,

      ****** ********

I do not agree with the response in 100%. in the beginning I specifically went there and told him I want everything takes no matter what I have to do, yet they said there is no problem with their own mouths I did not see there was no problem. Well as you could see I started having gasoline fly out due to the Evap code. I've been back there multiple times called out of work multiple times. Just to have to keep coming back after fixing one thing after another. Yet they insist that my vehicle is 100%. I would notify them instantly when things happened I did not wait days or weeks. This is extremely wrong and another business that works for tow trucks said that they have done the same thing to another woman to have her continuously come in it's how they make their money one think it's slightly fixed supposedly then boom 2 to 3 days later you're dealing with some problem you never had. So no I will not be paying any more money to this business nor will I be going to ever again this is very unprofessional and it's very messed up that I have to go through this. My wife is pregnant as I need my vehicle every day to support us so I'm not playing games when it comes to my vehicle. So I was told to go to the BBB to handle this considering that they want me to continue to pay full price for one break and whatever else when they know my truck is still in damaged condition with every single cold by today back on the dashboard. I was very respectful to call out of work every time go there quietly even though the young boy would get mad that he hast to work on my vehicle again for example how the last time they had my brakes on too tight in my vehicle was squeeling. I will not be going back. And I most definitely understand that they do not deserve a single penny again.
