They did an amazing job!!!! It was really hard to find somebody that would come put down my bathroom floor because we already had the tile a lot of places want you to purchase theirs but they had no problem with it. The job was done in literally two days. Even getting the quote, they didn?t waste my time coming out. I literally just sent them a picture of my bathroom and they sent me back how much it was just so easy. Nothing is easy these days. The guys that came out couldn?t have been nicer. I interviewed 6-7 companies to replace my carpet with hardwood. Found VRP from Thumbtack because the number of reviews. Horacio was patient as I navigate different hardwood options and worked hard with me to find a solution. It took me 2 months to make the decision and his guys replaced 1100 square feet carpet with prefinished hardwood in 2 days. Horacio is knowledgeable and his guys are professional. This company did a very unprofessional job at my home and I tried to resolves it, he told me you signed a contract and we did the floor, but does that mean leaving wide gaps in the floor they put new flooring down, I had carpet before so I had wide gaps, he said I need to replace my baseboard, how about explaining this to the customer before so they can make an informed decision, I showed pictures to the person that recommended them and the person said that was very unprofessional, and have pictures, where can I upload them.
