  I CALL INTO THERE OFFICE TO TELL THEM THAT THERE WAS SOAP AL OVER THE HOUSE TO COME OUT AND PLEASE CLEAN OFF THAT THE JOB THERE NEVER DID WRONG THE OWNER CALL ME BACK I TOLD PLEASE I DO NOT WANT TO GO BACK AND FORTH JUST SEND SOMEOME OUT WE WAS COMING FROM A FUNERAL START GETTING VERY NASTY STATED IN WAS GOING TO ***** ** ** **** WE AND MY WIFE HAVE TO CLEAN UP WHAT THEY DO NOT

  The Powerwashing Kings has been serving CT for over 18 years with our Proprietary Pressure-less wash system. The Powerwashing Kings services off 1,000 house a year.

  The Powerwashing Kings did the work we were hired to do. We preformed all our duties in a professional manner. ******* was extremely aggressive, rude and abusive to all the staff, from the Lead Technician on the Job, our admin team, all the way up to the CEO.  The areas of concern ******* has is Oxidation on his house. We send a disclosure with all bids explaining the Oxidation. It was a service ******* did not purchase, which is an Oxidation Removal System. These areas were oxidation from the siding which we do not remove unless he purchases an oxidation remove system. He walked around with the Lead Tech after the was to inspect his house and then paid the Lead Tech. ******* was on site and approved the job.

  On 6/7/2022 Powerwashing Kings came out to clean my house at *** ***** **** ** ******** **. Quote 3031 for $495.00. They came out to wash the aluminium siding with some kind of high concentrate of a bleach type product. Upon finishing I asked the employee if he could clean certain areas better because they did not come clean at all. He stated he could not get it any cleaner and to contact the owner. I called the owner he stated this was 40 years of dirt, corrosion and oxidation and could not be removed. He had an answer for everything trying to blame everything from the weather to neglect. He refused to issue any kind of refund. The next day I hired anothe company for $300.00 and they we able ro clean up the so called uncleanable areas. I sent him pictures of where they cleaned compared to where he cleaned, a night and day difference. He did not respond. I am looking for a $300. refund from Powerwashing Kings as I had to hire another company do the job correctly. Attached are pictures of what they left and where the new company cleaned to that point.

  I want to make it clear aluminum siding has not been used since the 70's so the siding **** bought is well over sixty years old sitting out in the elements 24 hours a day 7 days a week, 365 days a year for 60 over years. We explained to **** and anyone who hires us, before we wash a house this is not a restoration wash. We offer that serves it is going to be well over $1,500 to restore your siding and even then, we do not guarantee all stains to be removed from the siding, especially old aluminum. In fact, if **** or anyone who has aluminum siding wanted a restoration wash, we would have them sign an agreement that states there is a small yet very real possibility when your (or anyone's) aluminum siding is being restore paint might be removed since the siding is so old and the paint is oxidized and pass its life use.  **** made it clear he bought this house as a flip, said the house was neglected and in rough shape. **** did not want the restoration system; he wanted the maintenance wash. There is pitting all over the siding which he sent me pictures of the, but never sent it to BBB. Pitting is the aluminum losing color and breaking down. Rust like pock marks, like shadowing happen in the areas that receive very little to no sun or rain.  the ONLY way to get rid of pitting is by sanding the siding and painting it or replacing the siding. This pitting is everywhere. Then there is shadowing which is the two pictures he sent to the BBB about 3 times each. That is a penetrating stain. It is formed were very little sunny or rain hits. The dirt builds up over many years. It slowly gets ground into the color of the siding and needs to be restored. The contract clearly states this is a maintenance wash. Which means we are removing anything that just sits on the siding we are not removing penetrating stains, or statically bonded stains or rust. We call it our three touches, we explain our service on the phone with the customer when they first call, it is in every bid we send out, and when we arrive on the job.  We are always setting the standard.  The pictures **** sent are pictures of the same two spots, and there is no after pictures of the siding coming clean, I have been washing for over 16 years serving CT with the highest level of pressure-less wash system, using the best soaps the industry has to offer. There is not a company in the country that can wash off pitting or shadowing from aluminum siding without causing other damages. We went out there and did the job **** hired us for. We did a walk around with **** after the job was done, he paid us. bottom line **** bought on old house with siding that has not been maintained properly since the siding wash installed over sixty years ago. We did not install the siding had nothing to do with the lack of maintenance to the siding. If **** hired another company to get that restoration wash that was his choose, that has nothing to with us we went in an provided the service we said we would provide, and he paid us. **** was on the sight and paid us when we were done. He did not pay us sight unseen.

    I read the response from Powerwashing Kings LLC owner, he never once came out to the house , he had some kid wash it, nothing was explained upon the kids arrival, he took out his equipment and started, so that statement is totally false.   A wash is meant to remove mold, dirt and grime.  It did not remove and did with bleach only.  The picture attached in **** shows the line exactly were the other company stopped at the siding seam so I could take the picture , a night and day difference between the 2 companies.   Again he will not take responsibility for there poor quality workmanship and instead blame it on need another service. When he was on the phone with me he sated you could never get 40 years of dirt off but amazing how the other company did instantly. (another false claim) .  And yes I paid the kid doing the work and complained on site to him upon completion and the kid said call the owner maybe he could doo something.   I did call the owner and again he blamed it on the  windy weather  and everything else but would not take responsibility for the poor quality workman ship.   Again he never saw the house, did not even realized it was aluminum side until I mentioned it,  complained about gas prices and the cost of things to run his business but took no responsibility for the poor  workmanship or even offer a partial refund as requested.  His  1 year  guarantee is as worthless as his work and word.  If there was any interest is resolving this , a reputable contractor would go out to the house.
