On August 12, SealPro came to seal my driveway. They did an excellent job edging my driveway, prepping etc. However, it began to sprinkle shortly before they were finished, and rain began. I have texts stating they will be back, they knew there would be issues, etc. But after numerous texts, emails and phone calls all I have received is empty promises and excuses. I have many pictures of the driveway but am having difficulty changing the size so only one is attached. I will need to hire another company to complete their work if this cannot be completely resolved within a short period of time as hot weather is best for sealant results. I gave them bottles of water and tipped each worker $10 as it had been a hot day and from what I could see the driveway looked great. Little did I know what I would end up with. I understand issues because of rain and all I want is it made right. Surely rain has to be a common issue so what is their solution - just to ignore their customers?I recently lost my husband and was trying to do right by taking care of our property. I am not asking for the $30 tip I gave the workers, just the job completed or my money back to hire someone else. Almost $900 is a lot of money for me now!
