I have been banking with ******* for a few years now I’ve had identity theft numerous times this last time I noticed on May 28 2022 I noticed that I had over $1100 in outstanding charges that someone had took it out of my account I was denied my money back I was lied to over and over again I was told that I was it to go into the bank at any given time about my money that I am still in this bank. After the $1100 was took it out of my account through an ATM and a city I do not live in that I have not been in someone wrote a check that was not in my name to cash their capital one account Rynex granted that money to them and their bill was paid the police was called on me I was never irate I was never violent I never threaten anyone I treat everybody with respect I just want what’s mine I have I didn’t except I asked him numerous times what measures do you go through in this circumstance all I get is silence all I get is a voicemail all I get is the manager is it here or doesn’t work here they work from home I’ve heard it all they called the cops on me I’m going to the adoption I have a lot with a live I lost a lot of money it’s not the first time not the second time not the third time that I’ve been brought it out of money but I bet you would be the last time from this bank I am very disappointed and I don’t think that that bank should remain open as I think they don’t stand by their word or their customers they don’t investigate don’t they don’t call you back they don’t treat you with empathy they don’t care I need help I need a resolution I need somebody that that is knowledgeable respectful can use empathy in this case because all I got was the cops called on me instead of my refund I’m a God-fearing woman and I know this will all work out but it’s really Unsettling to me if someone needs to investigate that institution that/support the credit union for the fraud I don’t know if it’s an inside outside job I don’t know what’s going on I just know that I’m gettinBusiness response

As per our conversation, please see the attached letter that was mailed and emailed to ****** *******. Mrs. ******* was in violation of our member conduct policy and our CEO made the decision to terminate her membership at Finex.

I am rejecting this response because:
Hello I vole to you I never was in anyway mean or unprofessional while I was trying to get any assistance what’s so ever regarding my identity thief. Never have not once ever received any assistance with helping me what and or look at my credit/ account etc. I WAS NOT excoriated by **** ******** police outside FINEX CREDIT UNION INC. I kindly left and spoke with the 3 officers on my way out. I was informed by Officer Chow to go home get some rest. Call them at 9:00 am they will be waiting for my calling. While the other office read out the number to me.
I haven’t ever treated anyone in any other manner but respect . I was treated like someone that was another victim of them. These people lied on me and stole my money more than 4 , 5 times maybe more.
Either way how much they want go fabricate the truth. Where is my money?
But where’s my money? Not only have they fabricated everything. Where’s is my money and how was my information breeched. I violated nothing but contacting the BBB. Then the next day I was terminated from a bank that has already terminated our businesses indefinitely . Hoping to get my refund back then I was going to close that account before I was deframed .
