I had a membership with the company. I was paying a membership of $190.37 for an unlimited membership. I decided I wanted to cancel my membership, and asked to downgrade to a basic membership of $79. I was told this was done around October/November. When I got charged the full amount of $190.37 after this membership change, they said it was not documented and they couldn’t do anything unless I knew who I spoke to. I spoke to the manager at this time. Originally I was told my last payment would be January 2022. When I got charged, he told me that the last payment would then be in February 2022. I was then charged again in March 2022 for the $190.37. When I went there to ask, the manager Mo told me they didn’t charge me in January, so they are charging me now. They said there must have been an issue with my card, but there was no issue. I did not change my card number, or have anything else with my account that would cause this. Their inconsistency in the information they gave me is very discouraging, and has effected me financially.
