Odessa Builders are unprofessional so called installers,They damaged my door trying to install a deadbalt,the worst of the worst,Business response

Good day. We did not have a contract or have taken any money from this customer.. All materials and labor was purchased at **** *****. That said I would not at all mind to personally go out to see if a solution can be found for this customer. If they are willing.to have me. Please let me know. I will not contact the customer until I hear from you

I am rejecting this response because:i Called this business so many times,and they told me that they were going to order a plate for my dead bold for my Door I never heard anything from them its over a month now,Also the lady that answers the phone her name is valery she told me that the owner Vladimere would contact me he never did! I need my door to be fixed the warranty expires in july maybe they are waiting for it to expire.

I had to special order a closet door from **** *****. I assume they use this company for installation. I scheduled an appointment for Aug 2, 2022 between 8-10am…I received a call from the company stating she overbooked & if I can please move the appointment to 2pm that same day. Fine… 3pm comes and a man calls me telling me he has to cancel the install due to an emergency at home. Rescheduled for today Sunday Aug 7, 2022 at 2pm… well needless to say it’s 2:49pm & NO one is here yet. 45 minutes later you call to tell me you are running late???? I am paying $918.92 for a door I do not even have. This is poor customer service! I would like to be compensated for my time & aggravation!!! This is ridiculous!!!!Business response

Mrs. **** I am very sorry about your inconvenience .regrettably problems on the jobs and family emergency's do happen. I am happy that the team kept you updated and was even able to install you on a Sunday when we normally do not do installs at all.
You mentioned that you paid $918.92 to us, we have not received any payments from you at all. we do not have a contract with you of any kind.
