So I went to this business on 8/12/2022 at 9:30 in the morning I walked in and asked for a pedicure. The business posts it's open at 9:30 but when I walked in 15 other people were already getting their nails or toes done. So owner Mihee said yes. I am told to pick a color told her it's French she goes over here. Then I sit I am told to pick out which package I wanted so I picked out the one I wanted. I'm told by one of her employees I needed the destress one because it comes with callus remover and my toes needed it. Well I get my toes done walk out look at the bottom of my feet still not having being as good as I wanted but I had to go pickup my kids from camp. Well Sunday one of my toe nails breaks in half then 2 days later my big toe cracks. I email her to get a response. I also included that if I hadn't paid in cash I could dispute the charge as she doesn't charge people sales tax if they pay cash. She said to me that I needed to tell her the date and she was sorry and she could either give me credits or a refund. I asked for a refund of 92.00. Then she asked more information about an appointment which I told her from the beginning I didn't have. She then just stopped responding and to my emails. So I would like my refund as I didn't want to go back in for a sympathy pedicure as her employees wouldn't do a good job if I went again.
