Starwood owns the property I have lived in for the last two years managed by ********* *****. My basement flooded due to no cause of my own and all my items where damaged. My basement in inhabitable so my children are sleeping on air mattress in my upstairs living room. Getting approval for work orders is taking an extremely long time it’s has been almost a month and I still can not use half of my house. I’m starting to have a spider infection and was bitten the today ! I emailed my property manager about this issue and still have not been provided a solution. The doors are wet showing signs of mold ! I’m a single mom they won’t provide a moving company to take out the stuff damaged during this issue and I’m getting no communication back from the owners or the property manager. I reached out to head of the ******* property division left a message and haven’t heard anything back! I’m going to the doctors Monday and having myself and my kids tested for mold exposure and for this spider bit if I’m informed I’m sick because of It I will be filing a lawsuit against ********* and Starwood ! I’m also starting the process for the local county to come out because they are slumlords !
