I called Nutreance because suspicious purchases were showing up on paypal. The first was credited for some reason with no explanation as falsely placed. The second customer service mandated I had placed which I had not and am on the brink of. cancelling paypal as a result. Someone is placing orders as me and it is not me. So why the first order removed no questions and asked yet the second customer service says I placed which I did not. I have never heard of this company. I had to call dozens of times before my call was answered. Most are hung up before anyone can say boo. I am trying to find out what is going on with this company which I knew nothing of, have not placed any orders yet suddenly we are being tied together financially. Must I cancell all online activity to stop this madness?Review from Twila C

I found out I have osteoporosis so I thought I would nutreance calciven right after I ordered it, I looked up the side effects bloating, constipation, and kidney stones. I just had a colonoscopy three days ago and was told I have two very large pockets and to stay away from anything that might cause constipation and bloating so I called the one 800 number to cancel 10 minutes later, I was told that they’re going to mail it out and I have to pay for shipping and then I return it and I have to pay for shipping. I understand if it was like 24 hours later but not 10 minutes and definitely not after 5 PM, I’m tired of these companies thinking they can scam innocent people, the lady I spoke with was rude. Told me I was committing bank fraud and hung up on me. I am poor anybody thinking of dealing with this company don’t do it. I like that it said in the USA, but that doesn’t mean they’re not criminals.Review from Daniel D

I paid for an order from Nutreance on April 7th. I sent the package back, unopened as per the directions from Netruance. I was told I would receive a refund within 10 to 20 days. It has been over 20 days since they received the package on April 13th. This a bad company to deal with. There product does not live up to what they claim. I have read a number of bad reviews and they indicate a different view of what netruance claims. Nutreance is a very iincompetent LLC to deal with. They have very poor Customer relations. Tried their product and it didn't work. Asked for a refund and they said to send empty bottle back which I did within the 30 day limit. Got a valid tracking # and company claims I never asked for a refund| Tracking @ confirmed but they refuse to refund.Review from karen t

I ordered product on 1-18-24. Was excited to try as it was considerably less expensive than what I was taking. When I received the product the instructions for someone with severe osteoporosis was to take 4 caps a day. I thought I was going to take one cap. So instead of being 50% cheaper it was way more expensive or more. Anyway, realizing the mistake,I emailed customer service. Nothing. Waited a week or so and wrote again. Nothing. Tried another time, this time saying I didn't have time for this as my husband was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Nothing. Of course I continue to receive emails for more products. I decided to respond to one of these emails info@ and asked them to have customer service respond to me. All I want is a mailer to mail these back for free and a refund. Nothing. So today I called instead. Was disconnected. Tried again and was on hold about 10 min. Decided to hit star so they can call me back. They haven't yet. Based on their customer service I would not order from them. Can't speak to the efficacy of the product.Review from Sandra S

I received my order and I haven't opened the package and need to return it for a refund. I discovered that I already have these supplements in my home and do not need duplicates. I have tried to cancel my order first. Nutreance wouldn't allow that. I have contacted customer service so many times and no one has responded to my request to return this unopened order. This is very unsatisfactory service. I will no use them again.Review from Terri F

I sent an email 30 min after purchasing stating I needed to cancel. The company denied my request to please cancel the order. I have never had a negative experience like I've had with this supplement company. I am just furious.Review from Patricia W

Prostacor doesn't work I tried the Prostacor product for men's prostate health. I bought a four month supply to be sure I gave it an adequate time to have any effects. My results with the product after four months was absolutely ZERO improvement. The product was "GUARANTEED" or your money back. When I requested a refund, I got a "hand wave" and a refusal because I was outside the 30-day return period. I think it's a garbage product, that does nothing but rip people off.Review from Suzanne B

I called 3 times and sat on hold for over 20 min each time. Was disconnected other times. Product was never opened nor used. it was returned in original packaging because the ingredients interacted with prescription drugs. Product was sent back within 7 days of receipt of order, tracking number showed return delivery 12 days after delivery. Customer service person said to return product with order number. Once I finally reached a person at the company 3 weeks after they received the returned product, they refused to give a refund. This is a scam company. Horrible service and you won't get a refund.
