Early June I went to the store and ordered a bed frame. They did not deliver in their estimated time frame, and when I called, they claimed their delivery people were calling the wrong number, even though they had originally called my number just fine. They tried again to set up a delivery date and failed to deliver on set date. I asked for the purchase to be canceled and they refused to do so. They tried to deliver once again when I told them I wouldn’t be home and would be working. They are now claiming they have pictures and proof and signature of a delivery when I have not received anything. They have done nothing but lie and are trying to scam me out of thousands of dollars. They are waiting for their proof to be sent to them that it was delivered. This is a terrible business and they should not be allowed to conduct business in this state for their actions.Business response

We at Amor Furniture show our customers the time and dedication we put into each order to make our customers' home feel and look spectacular. Now, as far as Ms. ******* *******'s issue with her bed, we have tried several times to call the customer on the phone number she originally gave us, but she never answered the calls. The day and time Ms. ******* did confirm delivery she left our delivery guys waiting outside of her home.
On July 17, 2023, we cancelled her finance application with **** *******, which directly indicates that we no longer have any ties with said customer. Her issue is now with the finance company which we assure will or has already refunded her.

3/12/2033 I paid $836.00 dollars including shipping for a floor model fireplace but never received it. I was told it would be taken to ****** warehouse after waiting from sun up until sin down 6pm for delivery and told it would be redelivered but that never happened. I contacted the store who advised me to contact delivery company which I did and provided a picture of my invoice from multiple angles. From April until now no response and the voice-mail is full. I called Amor for them to tell me I will have to pay full price and should have called which i did and have phone records for proof. I would like a full refund or the fireplace delivered.Customer response

Purchase fireplace on September 28 last on on display in good condition. I was told that they not manufacturing that style anymore. Got delivered in October damaged to to and side. I notify store and was asked to send picture to Hijab cellphone. Two weeks Lator I received a telephony call stating that Amor furniture will come to pick up fireplace so they can repair fireplace. Dispute calls/ text and email I have not received a return of the fireplace to my house for the following reason 1. Thanksgiving they had a lot of orders and had order they had to take care of first. 2. Truck broke down now they have 1 truck I. Operation. 3. 12/24/22 driver cancel all deliveries on the day fireplace was scheduled by Amor Furniture to be delivered. On 12/24/22 I was told next delivery day will be 1/26/22. But no call received from Amor or delivery Truck so I texted Husain the owner regarding matter and his response was “I’ll check into it” It’s been 3 moths almost without fireplace.Business response

We at Amor Furniture appreciate, value, and respect every customer. Now, as far as Ms. ******** ********' issue with the fireplace, we have tried several times through her phone number to contact her as well as trying to leave voicemails but her voicemail is full. Ms. ******** has not been answering our phone calls anytime we try to reach out. We are not running away from the issue, we are willingly to exchange the fireplace but she needs to answer our calls so we can set a date, as well as find the time to be home so we can exchange it.
