I brought my rim to them to be repaired on 8/4/2022 it’s 9/9/22 them rim is cracked in same exact place I payed 191.43 I was told to bring rim back In on 9/9 for them to verify it was same place which they did at this time I was told I have no type of warranty and that my rim was bad and I have to buy new one so I brought rim to another place to have them check they will be able to repair rim but I will have to pay I believe star tires need to pay everything on receipt I have say 60 day warrantyInitial Complaint

On the day of 5/02/22, l paid the transaction in the amount of $211.67 for swapping out the old tire for a new one. When l went to pick up the rim l noticed that the brand new rim l brought in was all bang up with dents and scratches all over it. And then they accused me of doing the damage myself. Which is a *** ** ********. Cause l know when l brought my rim in it was in perfect condition. I know my rim l clean it like it's my baby. I demand that they give me a new rim. But they keep denying that they didn't cause the damage. And they refuse to give me a new rim. The invoice number is *****.
