An order was placed using my card and my account online and it was picked up, I only knew of this order cause of an email I got… order number 157176723 I’ve been in contact with kfc, they denied my request for refund but then I spoke with other agents and they will get it done,, it’s been well over 4 weeks, and no money They keep telling me to wait but I want my money back nowInitial Complaint

I just moved to the area and I wanted to get something to eat so I decided to download the Kentucky fried chicken app and order online so I can walk down and pick it up. I arrived at the store at 8:03 pm . I went into the store and asked for my order. The woman behind the counter said someone else came in and picked up my order. I asked what was I supposed to do since I already paid for my order and they just gave some random stranger my food. The man who was the manger on duty was very rude to me. Told me not to tell at him and I was not even getting loud. He told me to call the number to get a refund I asked him for the number and he just walked away and went to the back and sat in his office. I then asked them to remake my food and they said they couldn't. The manager came back out from the office I've already been waiting for 45 minutes. While I was waiting the employees were making rude comments on their native language of ****** wich is ********. After being embarrassed in front of other customers and laughed at by the employees I decided to call the police. As I was waiting for the police they finally made my food after 50 minutes of being mocked. I called KFC customer service and never got a call back or any type of resolution. Their complaint line is overseas located in ***********. I've called over 3 times getting told the same thing. My call would be escalated and I would get an email or a phone call. Now April 12. Still no answer.Customer response
