      If I was able to give this business negative stars I would. They are unprofessional and unable to get their website to work. Theyre constantly hounding you for money asking you to pay but the website they require you to pay on, does not ever work properly. Management has always been rude, unhelpful and distasteful. They will do anything to try and charge you for parking even if there was no reason for them too.

      If there was such a rating as zero I would definitely give it. I used one of their parking facilities, *** Hotel parking at *** airport June 22 2024 my car was dropped off with no damage. Upon picking my car up June 24 2024 my car was damaged and looked like someone tried to repair it like we would not know it was damaged. They are very misleading and they need to let customers know their cars are being taken to 2 other parking spots and will not be left on the hotel parking lot. We have not heard anything from them since we filed our claim and police report. Very unprofessional and very irresponsible company

      If I could give no stars, I would. On December 6, 2023 I had an appointment at ****** ******* ******* ** ********** *** Due to continuing construction, there were no available parking spaces, and I was forced to use valet parking in the garage. The attendant lost my key. I was told that a locksmith would come to my house in a day or two to replace it. Once they found out I had a back up key on me, I started to encounter delay after delay and lie after lie about what was happening with processing the claim. We're now a month out. I was told on December 29, 2024 that my claim was approved, and I needed to submit an estimate from the ****** dealer to replace the electronic key. I did this, and requested reimbursement for my time and mileage to take care of the matter myself. I was told today, after I had to yet again follow up to no response to my December 29, 2024 email and estimate that I would not be reimbursed for my time and mileage, only for the replacement cost of the electronic key and reprogramming my other key and car. Toyota estimates that it will take three to four hours to do this. That is three to four hours out of my work day for their incompetency and error, losing my property. I have reported this to the ***** ** ********** Attorney General's Office and am at the point where I will probably have to take this to small claims court to be fairly compensated. In the meantime, this whole month I have been worried about my vehicle being stolen because there is a key floating around out there somewhere, and the ProPark employees requested a photograph of the back of my vehicle (license plate) from which they could get identifying information. I don't know if ****** ******* has options when choosing contractors to provide valet service, but I would hope that, from reading the reviews about this company on the BBB site, they would choose a company with more integrity and professionalism.

      This company is poorly run and their fees are ridiculous. In 8 months they raised our parking fees by 50%.

      I parked for years in a garage they managed in ******** *** In February this year anew operator took over the garage, but I had already paid ProPark $524.28 for the month. They did not transfer the payment to the new operator. I wrote them 3 times requesting a refund and got NO RESPONSE. So I took them to Civil Court in ********* they never showed for any court dates. I was recently awarded the full amount plus interest by the Court. Anyone who does business with them should be VERY WARY!

      Unbelievable and unprofessional I park a $100k plus car in this parking lot for a reason not to be out in the streets avoiding damage , one morning they were preforming construction in bay ridge **** location parking lot and they had damaged my car and I filed a claim and now they send me a 8 page package to complete and telling me to get a police report and pretty much leading me on they playing with me so I’m taking matters more serious now.

      I parked here for a week long trip. It snowed four days before our parking started. A week and a half later when we returned the snow was still covering the parking lot and our car was stuck in ice. It took an hour to get out at 10pm in freezing temps with two little kids in the car. The parking lot said they cancelled my reservation and were going to provide a refund only to then push it off to the airport parking reservations site. Neither would provide a refund for my parking. Canopy wouldn't do it despite the fact that I've been a long time customer and use their lot every time we fly. I guess I won't be doing that anymore.

      Pricing on website when purchased proceeded to send me a confirmation email with an additional amount due on premise. I called about the discrepancy between the full price paid at time of booking which showed the amount owed as 100% prepaid and zero due upon departure and the confirmation email sent which showed an additional amount due upon leaving the lot. They claim pricing changed because my stay included weekend dates. I actually had to put in the exact dates into their online booking system, so the fact that my stay was over a weekend was 100% know. No resolution when I called. They wanted me to stop in the office upon departure to resolve.

      After trying to contact someone for a week to get an update on my claim I had a somewhat heated conversation with the "cooperate" guy in charge of claims. I have an overwhelming amount of proof that the damage was not present before they took it. The guy still dismissed everything. The refusal to accept responsibility for the damages has left me to deal with the thousands in damage.

      Require 30 day cancellation notice. Charge different people different prices for same service. Very poor security -- the gates often malfunction and stay open. Stay away if you can!
