I do not think his business is a legitimate business. A. 1. January 18th, 20022: Matthew agrees to perform bat waste clean. 2. On January 21st, 2022, Matthew took and cash a check of $2104.06 for : See attachments This complaint is in reverse order A. 1. January 18th, 20022: Matthew agrees to perform bat waste clean. 2. On January 21st, 2022, Matthew took and cash a check of $2104.06 for remove of bat dropping. 3. Bat dropping removal was schedule for January 24th between 1-3pm 4. From January 21st -26th I was unable to reach Matthew by phone 5. On January 26th he sends a text that he was in a car accident 6. From January 26th -Feb 2nd I was unable to reach Matthew by phone. 7. Wednesday morning Feb 2 at about 2:30am he sends an email stating that I owe him an additional $133.54. (Implying he will not release the report until he is paid). This price is different from the original price he quoted me. I dropped off a check to his house on that day for $133.54 because I needed him to release the report On February 4th he sent an invoice to me and to the health department. Two days later The Health Department Deputy Director (Tung) states that he has reasons to believe the job was not completed. He also states that the tenant (******* **********) told him that Matthew did not show up in January 24the to remove the Bat droppings. He sent an email to Matthew, the tenant and me, asking for pictures and a more detail report. Matthew stated that as a curtesy he will return to do as the inspector asked. This is the last day I heard from Matthew. I have tried to reach him on several occasion and he has not responded to my phone call and voice mail. I have asked Matthew to return to correct the issue and he has made no attempt to correct the issue. B. 2. On Decembe
