On about March 18,2023 my husband ****** took his mantle clock, that was his 30th anniversary gift from ***, to Tasse Clock Repair in **********. We have dealt with them in the past and had no problems. I had hoped we would have it back by April 1st my husbands 75th birthday. We have both called the business at least 75 times and left messages asking for information no calls have been returned. I left messages begging just for info. This clock is important to my husband. On Sunday April 30 we were to go to my nieces to meet her new baby. Before we left my husband called to leave another message and the photo was answered. Mr. Tasse told my husband he would put it together and call us to pick it up. No call ever came. I have told him I just want the clock back. Fixed or not. No calls since that April 30 call. We just want our clock back and he refuses to even return our calls. HELP PLEASE
