If I could go to negative stars I would. They botched Two root canals resulting in the destruction of the teeth, when I finally had the money to get them removed and replaced I went to the enfield office, they assured me it could be done there. Confirmed appointment on Monday, went to appointment and the office was closed, looked like it had been cleaned out. I call main office and was told my appointment was always for *********** which is not what I was told. Get there and they don't even have the x rays I paid for. Lost the little confidence I had and left the building. Do not ever go to these terrible people.Review from Julia T.

I’ve been to Columbia dental multiple times and unfortunately my last visit was horrible. I left in tears feeling completely uncomfortable with how they went about talking to me. I was left in the room with one of the assistant who was pressuring me to get x rays and talking to me about his personal life while I waited for the doctor which felt like forever. I didn’t want to disclose I was pregnant because it was really early on but I didn’t know how else to make him stop with getting a x-ray. I only wanted a consultation. It was a tiny tiny chip. I did not want any services done that day. Because I didn’t have time. I just wanted to talk about the chip in my tooth. The doctor started saying I needed to replace all my front teeth! It freaked me out because it was a tiny chip. He said it’s 1000 dollars and some change. For each tooth. I felt like this whole experience was so unprofessional. I wanted bonding or filing. They ignored that sent to to talk to billing and then I told her what just happened and she apologized I said I don’t feel comfortable getting work done with that doctor. So another doctor said okay bonding come here and I was like Yano what I’m out. I later called to talk to a manager and it was the assistant I was talking to ! That’s why I am here writing this review. Oh and I reviewed a bill for that appointment and they makes it as an emergency visit.Review from ronetta s

I do not want to give any starts. Poor customer service. at Bristol location. Had appointment called to come in early. Got there and my son needed nitrous oxide due to the numbing of tooth not being effective. Was informed it couldn't be done there. Was told they would send a list of referrals. Waited a couple days no list. Called back was told it could have been done. Then I told them they didn't want to do it because they wanted to get out early because a car parade was happening soon. They wanted to leave early or they would be blocked in. Quoted from medical assistant. Made another appointment for office Manchester. On Thursday I get an email of my son xray not that I requested. I called the office secretary says my husband requested them. A lie because my husband had not called the office. I asked her to verify my husband's name. Place on hold to get the office manager trying to cover himself. Got a confirmation that Wednesday for a Saturday appointment. Saturday morning while on my way the eI receive a call saying the oral surgeon is not in. I said how do you call a patient this late to reschedule. She says he will be in tomorrow and they are trying to accomodate me. I stated how is that accommodating me?Review from Jenn

I don't even want to give any stars. I have had an infection in my broken tooth. They gave me couple of days of antibiotics but ran out with severe infection still. I called to tell them this with no call back. On day for extraction appointment I explained the pain still. Doctor did not care and jammed needles into already sore bone to which I flinched and hit doctor in the stomach. They are now denying me services due to I hit the doctor. They aren't even trying to go about this another way with gas, more antibiotics, etc. You guys suck!!!! PS they charged my insurance for everything already.Review from Fred L.

STAY AWAY! Read the bad reviews, they are true. Most unprofessional business I’ve ever been to. I have nothing bad to say about the Endodontist. I had a root canal done. He explained everything each step of the way. It’s the staff! They are rude, condescending, and inconsiderate. After my procedure, the billing person insisted on a payment of $700. I asked if it could be billed, she said no, asked if she would take $500. for now, No. I got a piece of paper back saying “payment $700.00” No explanation for what. I then found out through my insurance provider that their claim was processed and approved, Columbia owed me $145. I called 47 times mostly to a recorded number not identifying as Columbia Dental. Left many messages, called Manchester office several times, no one knew what to do. I was hung up on, another placed me on eternal hold, another told me the Dr. is a SPECIALIST and therefore does not have contracted prices with any insurance company. A lie, he is in network with my insurance. This woman said I may need to pay them even more! She overtalked me every time I tried to speak and tried to rush me off the phone. I asked to speak to someone in charge, she said she was. I kept calling until I got someone to understand. They said the billing guy was on leave until the end of September and I had to wait. It was June! Another person said they would issue the credit immediately. It is now Aug 4th, still nothing. I called again. The billing person came back and finally issued a credit. Maybe none of this would have happened if someone from the billing office picked up the phone or if they spoke to me with some respect!Review from Oscar V

Their customer service sucks, I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance in order to have what I needed done in time as I was traveling two days after. The day before the appointment I called them to confirm and after they took all my information they kept me on hold for about 20 minutes, then they transferred me to another representative, which then kept me on hold again. After a about 5 minutes they told me I was not in their schedule and hung up without giving me the chance to ask for another appointment. They keep texting people asking them if they want to make an appointment and when you do it they cannot keep it. Very bad service. Very unprofessional.Review from Laura R

This was the worst experience i have ever had. I do not want to say that too loud as I am not done but after reading the reviews, I am so sorry I continued with Columbia dental. My uppers now need realignment, and they want to charge me another 529. The lowers are what is causing it. I refuse to give them another penny. I already paid 8,000 for teeth removal and a twenty-minute visit to try and make the denture fit. Holy ****** I am sure this decision was the wrong one but now I have to go forward.Review from J. M.

I went the Parkade location in November of 2021 to get an evaluation for dentures. I had an exam an x-rays were taken. Because I have Husky they had to send the request to them before proceeding. I was told that the I would take 4-6 weeks before it to be approved and they would contact me then. In January I noticed that I had not received a call and called the office, the parkade location was closed but the person I spoke to said that the request was never sent to Husky and they did not know why but I would have to call the Parkade office back in a week when it reopened. When I did call the gentleman that I spoke to told me that they forgot to include the doctors notes with the request to Husky. When I called Husky to verify his claim I was told nothing was sent to them. I called again and the main office answered and a man named John tried to cover for the person who lied and apologized and gave me an email address which later I was told was the wrong email . After a month I called back after receiving a notice from Husky that my request was approved and the person I spoke to was very rude I was also told that the reason for the incompetence was a understaffing. The treatment that I received is unacceptable. The way your employees treat patients, from lying to giving misleading information to treating them with no respect.Review from Myrna V.

First If I had an option to but zero stars I would have. The experience I have had with this Dr. Ismail Okasha was horrible. My mom has been a patient for many years here she had her first implant dentures done here with no issues now she's 70 so obviously she lost alot of bone so she needed a new set we were expecting the same treatment but we was wrong. This Dr since day one has made comments of she back, oh she's trouble or what's the problem now, little smart comments because my mom was not satisfied they hurt, or they hit the upper dentures. She tryed nearly a year to get used to but still was very uncomfortable, then while eating the tooth came out. We came back 1/23 now it's been a year she's frustrated so you can understand when he comes in and my mom is so unsatisfied after paying 4500.00 out of pocket she would be upset. You can see the wire it hurts so yes she raised her voice he continued to raise his voice, everytime she talked he would roll his eyes now I'm sitting here looking at his reaction I stood quiet until he yelled at her, I responded not yelling that she's my mom she's 70 years old please lower your voice, he started to yell at me I told him 3 times I am not raising my voice so please lower his voice he continued by saying but she is, I again told him but I'm not. I expressed to him as a professional he should be more considerate to his patients that he was very unprofessional. He said forget it refund her money I'm done with her & walked out I have never felt so uncomfortable or disrespected by a man who is suppose to provide care for his patients. If it wasn't because they were only going to refund a small amount back and another dr came in to offer to do another set I would have left this place. Me personally my family & friends will not be coming here again. The worse! I hope this new Dr Bhargava can help my mom, he didn't raise his voice was very understanding to my mom which was very positive, hopefully the new set would be better.Review from Skylen D.

Not trauma informed at all! They ask about mental illness (which i have) and make very aggressive, statements, elevated tone, cutting me off mid sentence, quoting different prices, not cleaning me up, snatching my implant out of my mouth. Dr says, i know this implant is sensitive. Then he proceeds to grap it several times asking me if i still have trouble with it because if i do, he wont be able to finish the work. Mgmt is rude, the hygienists are rude and ignorant, the entire staff are insensitive and aggressive towards me and majority of ppl ive seen walk in here. They've tried to tell me that partners who work here dont a tually work here and that im crazy for giving them a name of a person who doesnt even work for them. This means I'm confusing them with someone else. Its awful when i pull out my dental contract with the partners name on it and they gaslight by trying to say i said another name. As someone with ptsd, the last thing i need is to be gaslit. Im triggered every time i walk in this place.
